I loved doing business with them. Customer Service rep was fabulous and helped me decide to have a custom ring made. Puneet (Founder & CEO) was wonderful! Gave me suggestions then designed and built a beautiful ring of Onyx and Garnet. All of my jewelry was stolen and I wanted to replace some special pieces, but as each piece was unique, I decided to make some artistic changes to make them special in their own rite. I was treated as being special with great communication throughout the process. I would absolutely do business with them again. You should have no hesitation.
The ring has 3 onyx and 2 garnet stones. I wanted a ring that as black & red. The stones are beautifully matched and the setting stays in the background. As a Caregiver, I put on plastic gloves all day and this ring is great because it lays low enough that I do not have to remove it. As a result, I wear it almost all the time.
