B&B Containers is a professional business that goes above and beyond. Their customer service is exceptional. We rented a 30 yard dumpster for a commercial project. Not only did they arrive early, they were attentive to detail, patient, communicative, and very professional. We have several projects on our commercial property and have used different dumpster rental services from the area but the quality of service here is unmatched and their prices are fair, as well. We highly recommend B&B Containers and will certainly be calling back soon for our project needs!

Excellent company to work with. I initially sent them an email about a month ago inquiring about a roll-off container mainly for outdoor construction and yard debris. They responded within an hour and answered all the questions I had. After comparing prices and services to other companies and one's I've used in the past, I'd say B&B has some of the best pricing and value. Setup a deliver for the 10th of June and they kept us posted on exactly when the driver would be heading our way that morning. Driver showed up and was very helpful. He took the time to ask and make sure he placed it exactly where we wanted it in the driveway. I've used other companies in the past and most times they don't give you that attention. Most don't even contact you to let you know when they will be arriving that day. They let us keep the roll-off for a few extra days due to our schedules. The day before our scheduled pickup date, they reached out to make sure we were done with the roll-off container. We gave the approval and the next morning the driver came and picked it up. Glad I found B&B. Great company, hassle and frustration free. Will definitely use and recommend them again and again.

This company is awesome! A real person answered my calls, I didn't have to play phone tag to speak with a representative. The dumpster was delivered on time, and was in such great condition that I actually was complemented on it several times! I would definitely recommend this company.

Dumpster size was adequate, priced at $324 for 7 days. Ben ended up picking the dumpster up after 4 days and I wasn’t finish with the job. Requested a reimbursement for the time I didn’t use and what I got was no response. They are not honest about their regulations making up rules on the spot to avoid inconveniences on their end instead of looking out for the customer. It’s evident they’re looking for quick buck in this business rather than customer satisfaction. Can’t say I recommend after that experience but if you need a good dumpster size they’re an option.

This company was a pleasure to do business with. Dumpsters were dropped off and picked up quickly. Staff were always pleasant and friendly to speak with. Would definitely hire them again.
