Terrible services. They didn’t want to service me, I made an appointment for a pedicure and the moment I sat down they said no and told me to go. What’s the point in having pedicures services if they aren’t being done? 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. Never in my 30 years of living have I experienced something so rude and ignorant. Shame on you BV nails

Bad experience. Worse manicure ever.
I asked for a basic mani/pedi. The technician rushed thru the job. No base coat on my nails and I forgot to file one hand. I reminded her to do the other and she gave me an attitude.
WORSE PART- 2 of my nails chipped less than 12 hours after having them done
They will not be seeing me again nor get any references.
So sad.

The nail tech flooded my nails & kept trying to insist i had an ingrown nail and tried to remove it after I told her not to and she made me bleed. Not sanitary place, they don't sanitize tools. They were also incredibly rude to this poor woman and her daughter and the entire staff was opening talking sh*t about them. The vibes were awful, won't be returning.

Nail tech was extremely rude during the whole appointment. I wanted to get up and walk out numerous times. I will not use this salon again.i have never had such a disrespectful clinintian. She even got her phone out plugged her ear phones on when I was asking her something.
