A reputable Law Firm who stands and fights for their clients. Their staff is attentive and responsive to client inquiries and requests. They have handled my case first rate.
I was in an accident after tripping on a hole on a sidewalk. I went to several lawyers who didn't take my case because they though its was a difficult case. A friend referred me to Bader and Yakaitis and after 2 years they got me a great settlement for my injury. These lawyers are the best.
I tripped and fell on a side walk defect and broke my right arm. The first lawyer I had wanted me to take the first offer that didn't even cover my medical expenses. I switch over to Bade & Yakaits and Mr. Paul Yakaitis, in less than six month, was able to get me 1.2 million dollars. I would give this law firm a 5 star because they know what they are doing and very professional in the way they handle my injury case.
Still in the middle of my case, however, personal injury with cab companies often take 2-3 years. Find the staff to be most professional and patient. My injuries from accident often make me crabby, b/c I hurt. They just brush it off with understanding and a smile.
These people are criminals. Contact me if they scammed you out of your personal injury settlement. No wonder they changed their name. They probably changed their name a third time by now. My calls have not been returned yet, months later.
My experience was not the greatest. It started with their message system, which is always offline. Most lawyers want an easy case and get as much money as possible. Everything is based on money with these guys. They did not treat me me professionally, no respect at all. I also coudn't find any positive feedback anywhere, that doesn't surprise me at all.
