Bagel Bob's, New York NY

Bagel was ok. Whitefish salad was ok. Asked if I wanted it toasted I said no but it was toasted. I didn’t mind but that’s a sign.

1 mini lox bagel,
1 regular with scallion cream cheese
And 1 small water, why is it 25$?
Also, service was super slow even though no one else was there.

The bagel tasted okay, but it was microsized. Literally the smallest bagel I have ever eaten, not worth $20 bucks and I don't care what inflation is these days or the fact it is Manhattan. Manhattan is supposed to represent quality and this ain't it. Would not recommend this place unless you don't mind being charged double the price of what you would pay anywhere else in New York State for something the size of an Oreo cookie.

So the food is fine, but nothing spectacular. However, the service is atrocious. I’ve been here a handful of times and every single time I’ve encountered rude and aggressive employees. I’m literally just trying to get a bagel and someone is practicing yelling at me. Save yourself the headache and disrespect and go to Black Star Bakery 2 blocks away for 10x better service and food

First and last time going here. They rush customers, don’t write anything down, and then get your order wrong. It’s the Upper East Side and there is no shortage of bagel spots that will take the extra 5 seconds to get your order correctly before yelling over you to the person behind you.

I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheddar cheese on an everything bagel. It was $7.89. The toppings were good, but the everything bagel didn’t have much flavor. The service was fine, and it didn’t take long to get my order.

Asked for a browned omelet with crispy bacon without potatoes. Got soggy limp food with soggy limp potatoes. The plastic cutlery is the cheapest available. Crabby unpleasant manager. A $6 tip was included in my bill which I wasn’t up to arguing about. Won’t be going there again.

Charged differently than the menu prices stated. $4.74 for the MINI bagel with cream cheese.

Quality has slipped. Vax requirement but no gloves on employees! Taking my business to Tal!

This place is usually good, and I eat here often, however this past visit I was sadly disappointed with my regular order. The bagels were over cooked (I saw the guy behind the counter scraping the burnt marks) and the chicken salad was basically Mayo and salt, the cheese was not melted and tasted like wax. I will not be returning.

Don’t visit early if you want fresh cookies. The first day I went, the cookies were just delightful. The next time I visited … they were sandy, crunchy, and hard. Go at a normal working hour for delicious bagels & their morning accoutrements — don’t go early if you crave a cookie.

Ideal local neighborhood spot to stop in for Take-out or Dine-In. Visiting NYC from NH, a city friend recommended Bagel Bob’s. It was clean, well-organized, offered many menu choices… staff was friendly & helpful. We tried Bagels, Croissants, & an Omelette along with coffee. We were very satisfied; my native NY husband was happy with his Bagel… we’ll return again!

We bought two sandwiches here. They weren't good. The bread was dry and the sliced ​​cheese was shriveled.
I do not recommend at all!

Breakfast sandwiches are mediocre to bad and overpriced. Sausage, egg & cheese on a croissant will run you $8-9. Mostly croissant not much of anything else. You’d be better off at ANY corner store or bodega.

However, the bagels are good and the service is good. Clean establishment and friendly.

The food was trash in the upper east side 86th street location.don’t waste ur time.go to heavenly market nearby

The saddest bacon egg cheese on the saddest flagel. Giving them an extra star for nice smiles but I won’t be coming back.
