Don't even waste your time turning off you car to go inside. Terrible service no ac and dirt bags

The bagles are good but the prices are a little crazy. Spent $32 for a dozen bagles and 1/4lb of cream cheese. Will not be going back. Spent too much bread for some bread.

The prices are very high, especially considering the quality and the service you get for it. Not worth the money. Go to Boulevard Bagels down the road instead.

Outstanding experience. Staff is thorough and attentive to your needs. Food is always fresh and excellent. You may wait in line for a little while, but in the end, you get what you pay for. Which is superb.

Gotta do somthing about prices.its sucks because your food is good. BUT $15 for chicken salad on toast AND NO DRINK lol lol is a little much

Been going to this place for years. Today I was left with a bad taste, literally.

The older tall lady takes my order for a bagel and places in toaster. While I stand in front waiting, see her cleaning the refrigerator containers: picking out the food stuck in the corner with her fingers/nails, brush it off (ummm the containers of food r open), n then wipe with a towel: again while the containers there r all open. The towel just sitting there from prior no clue if it’s clean and then just there again after the “clean up. ”

I figured she would wash and changer her gloves but nope She continues to make my bagel lol I asked her to “change your gloves it’s disgusting your cleaning and went to make my food with the same gloves. ” Has the nerve to give me attitude and raise her voice and tell me I am changing my gloves. I just walked out after seeing that.

This is truly disgusting to see someone carry this out. I’m sure when she would make her own food she would wash her hands and put on fresh gloves.

Need to have the health department come train the employees on proper sanitary techniques. Hopefully they haven’t or will make people sick.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Rude customer service. They don’t take pick up orders over phone. And they always forget something. Staff is very rude. Blvd bagels up the road is by far the better option.

This is my deli that I use at least three to four times a month. They never disappoint me and are always consistent! I especially love that they packout the side salad when you get a sandwich! Nowadays it's really hard to find a consistent deli and this is definitely one of them! I love 25 mins from this location and it's so worth the wait! I adore both their Breakfast and Lunch sandwiches! Also their Coffee is always top notch! ClCant say enough great things about this place!

The bagels are so good and the line was long but it moved quickly so I didn’t mind the wait. The sandwich my son got was huge we’ll wroth the price he got the buffalo chicken he loved it

The bagels are delicious and the price is definitely worth it. For a place that gets crowded fast, the staff remains friendly and gets things moving as smoothly as possible. If you haven't been here yet, I recommend giving it a shot.

I have called 3 times today to place an order, and all I get is we are to busy right now call after lunch? How does this place run when you turn away customers?

Got my order wrong the two times i've been there. Never paying attention and the team always behaves like the kitchen is on fire even when the store isn't busy and it reflects on their behavior

Lacking customer service skills! While waiting next online the tall older gentleman taking orders asked the lady behind me for her order while totally ignoring me standing there!

So this place is very busy sometimes they get the food wrong but the food is excellent, the ice tee I would absolutely skip it was horrible, I don't understand why everyone said to get it o didn't like it all and I like ice tee bagels are absolutely awesome fresh, but I still go my favorite place which is Boulevard bagels, much better

Ordered through Uber Eats and this place forgot an entire breakfast wrap. I called the store to see if they could somehow fix this, since my wife didn't have her breakfast now. All they did was say "sorry, call Uber Eats. Maybe they'll fix it" and that's it. Last time I checked, Uber Eats doesn't cook and prepare the order. For the food we did receive, nothing special. Do not recommend this place as there are much better options around. Maybe if this place valued their customers they would have a better rating.

Nice place BUT.you wait forevereeer.then someone finally come to get your order, DON'T WRITE NOTHING DOWN and of course messes up your order.nice job

I had a great experience at Bagel Cafe. I was helped by a very kind blonde woman. The place was clean and very welcoming. Great interior design. Food was absolutely delicious. Great menu selection. These workers clearly work very hard and this is a great business.

AWESOME! Bagels/Deli. There is a line for a reason. This place has great bagels. We are visiting from California. This is where we go for bagels and bagel sandwiches the NY way. I get the lox sandwich, cucumber side salad, pickel and coffee.

Picked up catering for a brunch party and everything was so delicious. Portions were very generous and I had yummy leftovers for days. Very thankful I found this establishment. Keep up the good work!
