Bagel Chalet - Merrick

The Spanish girl in morning is excellent. She takes my phone order every day at 630 am. At 645 I walk in and she has everything set. I spend approximately $50. Per day. $1000 a month.
Thanks to her quick and sharp attitude.

Every time I ask them for ketchup, they never put it on so i end up with a dry BEC…This is like the fifth time.

I came in for a chop salad and it’s clearly says that every salad comes with a choice of bagel or other choices. They didn’t have an ingredient that I needed in order for me to enjoy my salad so I canceled the order and I grabbed a Caesar salad off of the rack. They wouldn’t honor the bagel even though I didn’t get the chop salad due to an inconvenience on their part. Terrible customer service.

Been coming here for years and they haven't disappointed once.prices have gone up slightly since covid but their BEC is enough to make an NYC native jump for joy.line moves quickly and they get you in and out.

Ione, a Deli, myself, and this place is hands-down one of the greatest stores ever. They are always consistent. I order from them a lot I don’t live in Merrick I live in East Meadow I own store in Syosset. They are such a great store and everybody I know that goes to them loves them five stars all around. Looking forward to receiving my breakfast order in a few minutes.

I went in there today for the first time. It’s a over gloried bagel store. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. THATS IT. I could not believe it was $4.40. ARE THEY FOR REAL. That’s completely over inflated. It’s dough and cream cheese. Needless to say only go there if you want to broke. I can’t imagine the prices on the rest of the stuff there.

I had an incredible experience at this bagel shop! Their wide variety of bagels & cream cheese is absolutely on point, and I was delighted by the range of choices available. Each bagel I tried was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. But that's not all their cold brew coffee is simply amazing. It was the perfect complement to my bagel and made my visit even more enjoyable. If you're a bagel lover like me, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

Jalapeño cream cheese is awesome! Low carb bagel was a hit too! We plan on coming back soon.

Amazing sandwiches! Bagels are always good. Place is spacious so it's nice to sit down and enjoy your food fresh. Very clean location. There's plenty of parking too. The staff is quick to get you in and out. Sometimes you can find them on the app "too good to go" which is awesome. That helps eliminate food waste, while providing you with an excellent deal on delicious foods.

This is a good place to have breakfast whether you're dining in or not. Very clean and friendly staff.

Good quality selection of bagels, muffins, and that's where I stopped looking as that was enough for me. My only dissatisfaction was the table should have at least been cleaned when my food came.

Great bagels and bacon egg and cheeses. There is a wide selection of options from bagels to salads!

Girls behind counter will ignore you and help person behind you. Walked out twice and went 1 Block east to other bagel Place which is same quality a little less expensive and way better service.

OVERPRICED AND CAN’T EVEN GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT. Wort breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Forgot the bacon and the ham tasted rancid. Go anywhere else!

I was a first timer, my BF is there all the time, and WOW! Delicious coffee, fresh bagels, friendly staff. It was crowded but the line moves. I can’t wait to go again.
