Bagel Oasis, Queens NY

Only time the service is good is if the owner is there. Other than that the workers would rather do anything but work. A shame because the bagels are good but the line is always too long and even if there’s only one person in there it’s a long wait.

This was my favorite place because they have fresh and delicious bagels and varieties of cream cheese. But bagels and cream cheese have become too small and expensive. Today is my last visit here.

Service when it's busy is really slow but they do manage to move that line as fast as they can! Their bagels are always fresh!

Solid breakfast spot. Bagels tasted fresh, iced coffee was definitely on point. In person lots of people taking care of you. I understand now why people order from here. Even ordered on DoorDash and they are fast to deliver. Great job guys!

The bagels are super delicious, so are the spreads.the problem is, the people that serve you, seem to change constantly. And they don't pay attention to detail when you place your order. Other than that I would give it five stars

Picked up a half dozen bagels this morning on the way home. Toasted one of them and slathered scallion cream cheese, guacamole, and smoked salmon on top. Yummy! A Light and airy bagel. Can’t wait to try the everything bagel, whole wheat, sesame and poppy ones.

Ordered twelve sandwiches for my employees on Thanksgiving. Delivered after 80 minutes. Sandwiches were all half filled and flattened.
I sometimes stop the shop by and get one sandwich for myself, so I know what they are supposed to look like.
At $9 for a tuna fish bagel, don't cheat on the sandwich.
Wasted $140, should have ordered from a local restaurant instead.
Will never order for the business from them again.

Con:
1. Literally sweeping up the broom and I could see dust flying
2. Slower than your grandma on Tuesday. Took over 10 minutes at 4: 30 AM with only nobody ahead of me to get my order taken
3. Toasted Bagel with light cream cheese was swimming in cheese and hard enough to break Captain Americas shield. Went straight into the trash
4. Sandwich was so salty that you could put it into the dead sea and whatever was remaining in moisture would evaporate
5. Staff had no idea what the pastries were

The reason for the 3 stars is not the food, it's the staff, they have 5 ppl working but no one to take orders, to busy making orders while the line gets bigger and bigger

This place sucks the bagel is always soggy sometimes I think they spit in my sandwich my order always gets messed up not once not twice not three times but everytime they mess my order up. This place is a no goo for me never again. Gave me many chances but not anymore. I’m fed up with this soggy non flavorful sandwiches

Fantastic Bagels, real eggs, and a wide array of cream cheeses - fantastic breakfast spot! Plenty of fresh pastries and deli sandwiches as well. Friendly staff and just what you’d expect from a NY Bagel Place. Definitely an Oasis!

Outstanding bagels. They are always fresh, liberally topped and accompanied by excellent cream cheese. Coffee is solid as well. Staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Terrible service. No Acknowledgement and actively rude employees, more times than not, they make you feel unwanted, The price is high the bagels are ok at best, you cannot count on freshness and the dates on the spread labels are questionable … Won’t be going back. I’d avoid if possible

Was in Queens for the week and I WISH there was a bagel place like this in Manhattan. Open 24 hours, great bagel sandwiches, low prices. Try the chicken salad sandwich on toasted sesame.

Pretty solid BEC and SEC - I got both recently on a whole wheat wrap respectively, added a hash brown patty. They didn’t skimp out. The wrap itself was a bit small, probably a 10 inch wrap but still very filling. The staff was super accommodating with helping me bring the food outside. I was walking a dog when hunger struck.

It's a busy place. Food is good there but the wait time in the mornings will be for awhile.needs improvement on fast food service.

Got my wife a French toast bagel with cream cheese and bacon. A guilty pleasure for her, and French toast bagels aren't that easy to come by. The look on her face-pure bliss, she said, and I quote, " I've never had a bagel like this one before". I had the Cheddar bagel, toasty with butter, and bought a few everything for breakfast this weekend. Line was literally out the door, I was standing in the vestibule waiting to get in. Now I know why it's always so busy. Will be back for sure.

This is the worst service you ever get!
I’m surprised with this kind of service they are still running the business. It’s totally and waste of money shame on these guys. I went there to get some bagels there’s five people are working and they are all having their own breakfast and they’re looking at you!
I guess they’re working for free there nobody’s paying them!

New Sunday night crew is terrible, waited at counter for 5 minutes, nothing, no acknowledgment whatsoever from someone standing 2 feet from me, after asking very nicely if there was someone to take my order the response was "im working on an order, he's cleaning the grill" nothing else. What has happened to common curtosy
