Bagel Parlor, Whitestone NY

Good basic no frills bagel place. There are a few cream cheese choices and they also make breakfast sandwiches. The bagel was big enough for one for breakfast and the everything had lots of topping.

Stopped by bagel parlor this morning! Fresh delicious soft fluffy bagel! The girl who took my order is amazing! She makes a good iced coffee and took my order proper! Super friendly solid prices! Will definitely return soon!

Went to store today, asked for menu, one of the staffs worked there said no menu. I asked beside bagels, what else do you have, he replied, busy right now. Worst customer service ever! Probably won’t come back again.

Hosted a large event for HS age students at my school. (140+ students and faculty) Jerry and the Bagel Parlor were great to work with! Delivery was right on time and the food was wonderful. They made a beautiful spread of various heroes, salads, and wraps. Also some wonderful vegetarian options. 100% will be using them again, the food was absolutely delicious and the service and communication for such a large order could not have been better.

Nov 8.945 am. Good coffee good bagels.good staff too on their game they throw the food at me and they get me right out the door. Excllt service & good bagels. You have a good staff there in the morning keep them and pay them well.seriously. Jk

Crunchy outside with a fluffy inside, a bit dense for my liking but the texture is spot on. Fully bathed in sesame seeds as all sesame bagels should be.

Can't beat $5 for a bagel and small iced coffee.

Great bagels, sandwiches and coffee! Please don't go too late since they sell out of some bagels.

The bagels here are AMAZING! I got there when it just opened. The bagels were warm, super soft on the inside, with an almost crunchy outside! They also have flat bagels which are awesome for those trying to control their carbs intake.
I heard others in the store ordering mini bagels but did not see them.can't wait to try those next!

Bagel Parlor is amazing! Their food is delicious and their services was exceptional! They catered several school events for us and they are now our new go-to place! They were easy to work with and all of their food is top notch. Highly recommended!

This place is an overrated dump. I went in at 11 am on a Sunday. There were 5 orders ahead of mine. I placed my order for 3 plain bagels and 3 with cream cheese. People came after me and left before me. 20 minutes later I still hadn’t received my order. It’s only bagels. Isn’t that what you do? After I left I got home to find out. They screwed up my order. Everyone raves about this place I figured I’d try it. I’d always been loyal to UTOPIA BAGELS and so I’ll remain after my experience with this trashy wanna be bagel spot. You can’t handle a small crowd with a six person staff what happens when you get busy? Thanks but no thanks

Bagels are always good. And so are the smoothies. But the coffee lacks flavor it unfortunately tastes like water not coffee. Please improve your coffee asap.

Food is good, service is lacking, you call in to place an order and they put the phone down for 5 minutes while having other conversations, then mess up your order after you repeat it twice and correct them

Great service.workers there are amazing friendly quick.great food. And variety and good prices!

Food is average at best, staff awful and no regard for delivery time. I am happy to say I will never order from them again or step foot inside this store.

I’ve Never tried this place, I was told it was good so I figured I’d stop in. I ordered a dozen bagels and some cream cheese. I got home opened the bag and all of the bagels are burnt. Nice place, clean, polite and the bagels were good but whoever runs this place needs to stay on top of quality control.

Underrated, I hope this place doesn’t blow up any more than it already has. Big bagels, great quality, a generous amount of bacon and eggs. Only bad thing is looking for parking but just park at Walgreens and walk lol. Also the bagel quality is perfect, soft, and filling. Definitely recommend! But don’t go there, because that place is just for me and for me only! Lol
