Food is always AMAZING! A very special place. They skimp on nothing. Friendly service. A little expensive but worth it

Ordered (2) eggs & bacon on roll. Upon receiving, could plainly see only ONE egg was prepared. Brought it to attention of woman I’d placed order with. She responded with “She put TWO eggs”, turned her back to me & proceeded to walk away. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My favorite bagel place in town. They have a lot of menu options and never make you wait long, even when busy.

RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED. I UNDERSTAND PRICE OF GOODS GO UP BUT WHEN YOU BUST OVER 10 DOLLARS 2 BAGLES WITH CREAM CHEESE THATS DISGUSTING.

I have been supporting this place for over ten years for a simple breakfast or lunch even though there bagels and scallion cream cheese is not the best. The location is here in town This Saturday mid morning, placed a telephone call to them with no answer, I guess they don’t want my business anymore.

Excellent place to get bagels. Great location. The owner Steve will make you feel at home. Always a pleasure to go there. Recommend highly!

Food is decent but they don't answer the phone.
I've been calling for 20' now and I'm still waiting.

Was on hold for 12 minutes then they just picked the phone up off the counter and hung up. Not the first time either. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. Zero stars.

Food is decent but service is horrible. Try to make a call in order they put you on hold for 15 minutes while they're talking to people in the background or don't answer their phone at all

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on a onion bagel. When I tell you there was hardly any chicken salad and it was dry to boot I am not kidding. It was a terrible sandwich

I don’t like being subjected to pretty loud Latino hip hop or rap not sure what it was but irritating. I thought the music was for customers not employees.

Just stood waiting for over 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches and they only gave me 3. I had been waiting forever and many people who ordered after I did got their food before me. When I asked about the 4th sandwich, the lady behind the counter was nasty with me. I saw them mess up someone else’s order before me and they were told they had to get back on line and order what “they messed up. ” This place is completely disorganized and the women who work there are rude. I wouldn’t give them any business again.

They were closing up and stayed open to feed our hungry crew! And the bagels were delicious!

This is the "lightly toasted scallion cream cheese bagel" ordered. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this is just bad. If you ask for lightly toasted, you get burnt edges

Every morning the best of the day I start with a rich breakfast in the special and favorite place. What a delight in everything they prepare. It is very good atmosphere and the taste of meals is very homey

This place is incompetent. Randomly puts ketchup on things that was never ordered. Bagels good, workers have trouble listening.
