The Owner Peter of this store is a rude person and does not care about his business There food sucks anyway. Stay away go to bage boy much better.

It used to be a great place to have breakfast in the early morning, however, with the rise in inflation, their prices have significantly increased.

They always get my orders wrong. The guys don’t write down the orders and always come back asking to repeat it but just to still get it wrong. The place is cheaper compared to the other breakfast sandwich spots but it taste like it too. The only reason I come back is for their chorizo but thats because they are the only ones who sell it as far as I know. They have great fresh squeezed orange juice.

I went for some breakfast during my lunch. I got a platter with 2 eggs, bacon and home fries. I requested cheese on the eggs and was charged $1 extra. I then went to pay and there was a surcharge. I saw this sign and told the guy im paying with debit card and he told me regardless if im not paying cash there’s still a surcharge. So whats the point of having a sign saying no surcharge for debit card and you guys are still charging people extra? The food was literally okay, but i will not be returning here.

Bagels Road has always been my husband's and my go-to spot because of their delicious food and good customer service. Today, they went above and beyond. I ordered a BR bagel for me to pick up before work. Cynthia called me twice to let me know that they didn't have the cream cheese I wanted and offered me substitutes. I didn't hear her the first time because my phone was already on 'Do Not Disturb' mode, but she tried again, and her call finally went through. Excellent customer service! I don't expect most places to be as persistent. Kudos to her!

My husband and I love Bagels Road. The food is always fresh and delicious. When we want food delivered to our apartment fast, we place an order for Bagels Road. When I'm short on time and need to grab breakfast on the way to work, Bagels Road hands me my pick-up order the minute I walk through their door. Not only that, they are always so nice and smiling.

Such a gem in Sheepshead Bay! We are loyal customers. Thank you for the valuable service you provide!

LOVE THIS PLACE, EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS FRESH AND YOU SHOULD TRY THEIR SMOOTHIES- COTTON CANDY Their bagels and they can make you feel like they know you for years. They have EVERYTHING FRESH IN THE MORNING BEFORE GETTING ON THE SUBWAY, I ALWAYS STOP BY AND GET MY FRESH SMOOTHIE AND AMAZING CHEESE DANISH AND UNBELIEVABLY YUMMY CINNABON POWDERED DEFINITELY ASK. EVERYTHING IS GREAT BETTER THAN BAGEL BOY (PRICES ARE WAY LOWER COMPARED WITH BAGEL BOY) TRUTHFULLY!

I visited this store after school with a couple of people, the person behind the desk was super polite.
There smoothies are a must try, even though they are super basic I enjoy there smoothies. The one I ordered was the Peach Paradise smoothie, it had strawberries, peaches, and bananas. It was sweet but very delicate!

A great to stop by for a bite since it’s right next to the metro station! Their staff is quick, accommodating, and bilingual. Expect decent prices, make your own coffee station, and meals for anytime of the day.

Their price is very inconsistent. I went there for a BEC, with tomato and mayo on a roll. The fist time I went, it was $5.99. I went back the next week (less than 7 days.) and the guy charged me $6.50. I don't know what the reason was, but he didn't say it was inflation. I wasn't talkative, which I see in the reviews the guy loves to chat with his customers, nor was I a regular customer, but truly, it is very unfair. I will not be going back.
Roll tasted like any other BEC too.

Dysfunctional, slow, boss likes to chat up female customers while people are waiting for their food. Bagels are NEVER cut through only halfway.

The owner is super nice and my family and I have known him for years since his shop was small.

Sandwiches are delicious and the Bagels are freshly made, and the service is great!

Make your coffee a bit better and new customers will follow. Watered down to the point where smell and taste do not exist.
