Actual thieves.takes forever to find someone who can speak decent english and he promises a refund for a cancelled order that he never sent.when i called back to ask about the refund, they hung up.money is a hella good drug to some ppl.don’t scam your community.do better.

Bagel Smith is one of my favorite places to eat or have Bagels they have with that fresh Bagels the food is good the services excellent I have no complaints I highly recommend that you go in there and you eat you know you got to look at the house to dates and but they take care of you the food is good the place is Pleasant it's always relatively packed it's always a pleasant experience anyway please continue to read my reviews hit that like button and when you do just say hey you ready to review Thanks a Lot continue to review and hit that like button thanks a lot folks you guys are great bye

One of my favorite bagel spots in all of Brooklyn. My favorite is the egg everything. Don't know what they do but all I can say is that it's on point. For a very busy Location the staff is still extremely helpful & courteous. Highly recommend Bagelsmith.

Not sure why Bagelsmith has such low ratings. I get plain bagels with cream cheese from here all the time and they’re quite good. Bagels taste fresh and they really load up the thing with as much cream cheese as can fit. Also I’ve never encountered any rude employees, the employees here have always been pretty friendly to me.

Once again the order placed was not what l've received. I'll check my order before leaving the store next time. I suggest the same to all individuals.

I ordered a bacon egg and avocado bagel with salt pepper & ketchup on a gluten free bun. I got a gluten free bun with salt pepper ketchup… when I went back in the lady at the front was very rude to me when I told her there was no food in my bagel at all. Then told me she didn’t charge me the right amount and I had to pay more. Probably won’t ever go here again.

Iced coffee was a little on the bitter side so if you like your coffee sweeter might want to ask for more sugar.the bagels were great we had creamcheese, ham and cheese and literally i got full with half a bagel so you can even share one with another person.

The employees treat you like you are home. Food is delicious and service is outstanding but there is always room for improvements.

If you like waiting 20+ minutes for a BEC this place is for you. They’ve forgot or lost my order so many times now. Never going back.

Yummy yummy yummmmy bagels! Staff is nice and courteous. I’ve been purchasing a dozen bagels for the week, every other week, they are so tasty and remain fresh throughout!

Poor customer service.so I walked in, and was waiting for a few mins, the workers behind the counter completely ignored me. They never even took a moment to look up. They obviously knew I was there because I walked in with my daughter and she was talking.

EDIT: This place is great BUT very overpriced. I couldn’t believe I was charged almost $3 for a side of cream cheese. This place is hella over priced for what you get. I was so disappointed with the drop in quality. I am happy with the vegan cream cheese option so that’s why I gave it 3 stars.

If you love bagels a lot or want to be the hero at your office, sign up for TooGoodToGo and pick up end-of-day bagels. I received an enormous bag of bagels (cinnamon raisin, everything, blueberry, sesame, plain) for $5! There must have been 15 bagels in there. Such a good steak for high-quality bagels.

Great bagels, A lot of times they are warm because they make them freshly throughout the day. These bagels remind me of the bagels that I grew up with. They are so good that whenever I visit family in Europe I take about two dozen donuts with me because they love them so much. They love them so much that they freeze them so that it can last longer before they actually get to visit. The staff is always very friendly so that's a great thing. We've done breakfast sandwiches as well, very good. Highly recommended.

One of the most over priced bagels I have ever seen. Don’t get me wrong, they are good bagels but they are far too over priced to justify it.

I think I met the owner of the shop today. I told him I was from Connecticut. We had a pleasant conversation. The bagels were supreme! Might need to take an repeat trip of 75 miles (150 round trip) and delivery to friends and family. I recommend doubling your order. Thank you!

It’s a good solid option for bagels. Is it the best, no. However I still didn’t myself here if I’m craving a whitefish salad:)

The quality is terrible. They made me the Grossest sandwich I have ever seen. It looked like they dropped in on the floor, blew their nose in it and wrapped it up for delivery. This place sucks. Not worth the money. Order from anywhere else.
God Forbid You Order During Peek Hours!

I don't usually post reviews but this is hands down the worst experience I've personally experienced from a restaurant. I made an online order at exactly 7: 39am with expected delivery around 8: 15am. The delivery location is 7 min away. Around 8: 30am decided to call to get a status on my food. First person I spoke to, didn't seem to know what order I was referring to or couldn't find my order (come to find out they mistakenly put it with pickups), he then tried to say it was for pickup and I explained no it was for delivery. He then passed me off to someone else who later an employee confirmed was the manager. I explained to the woman I had placed an order at this time to be delivered at this time and I hadn't received it. She essentially explained it was for pickup and once again I explained no it was for delivery. She then told me I was rude because I said "you don't understand/you're not understanding", which was correct seeing as there was a clear miscommunication and everything was understood on my end. It took me calling back a 2nd time for me to find out the reason what happened with my order (placed my order with the pickups). It was only when I called back was anyone apologetic and even then it didn't seem sincere, it came off as (we're sorry but.). To make matters worse, when my food finally came (2 HOURS FROM WHEN I ORDERED IT, OVER AN HOUR FROM EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME WHEN I WAS ONLY 7 MIN AWAY FROM THE LOCATION) IT WAS COLD. Waiting on my refund. VERY Poor customer service, mediocre food. Never eating here again.
