The General Manager was so attentive to my Vegetarian needs.
Loved the Plaintain bowl with rice and beans. So flavorful, so delicious!

The food is good I’ll give it 8/10 we had beef empanadas and coconut shrimp as appetizers. Then we had sirloin steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli (entree 1) and shrimp tacos (entree 2). The drinks not so much I’ll give it a 4/10. My frozen margarita came with a shot which was coconut flavored alcohol and the frozen drink itself tasted like green apple not alcohol at all. We arrived at 10 they said they were closing soon and asked if we wanted to sit outside we declined. The host then tries to sit us behind the bar, right by front door which I know from past experiences is not a good idea so I asked for other sitting. They offered no other option besides behind the server booth still by front door or another section which they had 3 other black families we also declined. The server explained his section then the host comes in, short guy small stature so boisterous that the rest of the restaurant could hear, “WE CAN SIT YOU HERE OR HERE WE CANT SIT YOU NO WHERE ELSE! ” I calmly stated, “the waiter already stated that”. Then miraculously the host says we can sit you in a more intimate area which I politely accepted. Upon being seated I noticed there were 2 other families seated in the back of the restaurant and a party which they stated was closed off so that’s the reason for the 1 star. Also, the whole night the servers sat at the booth and stared at us all night making us very UNCOMFORTABLE. I host on the some weekends on nautical mile who receives more traffic then this restaurant does on the weekend and we always accommodate our guests we never are allowed to yell at guest about sitting especially if there is open sitting for the customer to sit. Also, I’m actually a Bahamian so for this store to be white-owned and advertising black foods I say get a better host who knows how to talk to people and not try to embarrass them with his big mouth or you will lose a lot of customers. Or just stop advertising black foods if you don’t want to accommodate black paying customers. This was actually our second time coming here the first was a great experience they even had a live DJ this time not so much. GET A BETTER HOST!

Service was great, our server valentina was outstanding the food was good. I heard nothing but good things about this chain restaurant but unfortunately it wasnt my cup of tea. If this is your vibe then awesome i hope you enjoy it more than i did

Such a refreshing and unique place to visit. It is a great spot for indoor dining as the space is there for social distancing. The service is excellent and the food's delicious. Perfect spot to hang out and have an amazing time. You should try it out! And in the summer, dining outside is a MUST! It's a blend of peace and excitement. One thing I would recommend (maybe just my experience) but update your table if there's a delay, just so they're aware. Otherwise, exceptional as always!

P. S: Those sweet plantains are out of this world.

Food was alright but the service was off. Server didn’t check back on us seemed busy and had a bit of a bad attitude until it was time to pay the bill.

From the service to the food to the decor all amazing, would definitely recommend to anyone.

First time coming here. I will definitely be back! The Blackened Mahi Tacos were my favorite so juicy and filling. They were delicious. The food and drinks are very good.

We were at the mall and wanted to stor someplace for dinner. We decided on this taco and Mexican spot. It feels like a nice mix of formal and informal sort of like Chilli's or Applebee's. The tacos were very delicious! Ambiance overall also really nice. Staff were very friendly and service was fast. Very glad to decided to come here and will see definitely come back.

What a delicious dinner and dessert! The waiter was friendly and attentive. I had the seafood paella- YUM! And key lime pie for dessert - one of the best I've ever had!

I went with my two girlfriends, the server was a young kid who was very good. The atmosphere is OK. The problem is by mistake the server charged me twice so I asked for the manager and it took her a long time to come over to talk to me.she was Not very pleasant person to deal with! So today I called and spoke to a different manager. He was not very pleasant either and had an attitude!
If you are a manager, you should be speaking as kindly as possible to the customers because they are going to write a review like I am, and so many others about you and about your service!
The atmosphere is OK. There’s quite a bit of Flies inside so we asked to sit outside where there were less flies!
And the food was pretty tasty and the drinks were good but I don’t think that we will be returning again since this is probably the 4 time I went and the time before this we had issues but my friends wanted to try it so I went but i will be telling everyone the experience last time and this time and will Not be back!

Decent food. Great service. I recommend going during happy hour to enjoy half price appetizers. Also the firecracker shrimps are delicious.

We visited this restaurant as a party of seven. The place was incredibly beautiful, with a welcoming staff who were extremely friendly and helpful. They recommended various beverage options, all of which were available. I decided to try the jerk chicken pasta, and it turned out to be one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had. Additionally, I highly recommend trying the Jamaican jerk chicken. The restaurant also had a few options for kids, although the variety of beverages for them was limited. They offered a strawberry smoothie, but unfortunately, its taste felt quite artificial.

They do a surprisingly good job here. Food is tasty, staff is friendly and prices are reasonable.

Very nice Caribbean themed chain restaurant. I’ve been to Bahama Breeze before. But for the newcomers: it has a bit of everything you’d want. Live island music on Friday nights on the patio, Coconut Shrimp, good drinks, and good service. I wish it had Jamaican Patties but I’ll settle for the empanadas.
