My case was approved without any RFE the next day after premium processing. That's all that matters to me and I can forgive all minor defects. It was my second lawyer and compared to the first one I can say that they worked really fast and were always available by phone.

Never do business with these people. It would be the worst thing you can do for yourself. I’ll tell you my personal experience below but before that, I want you to notice all bad reviews are detailed but good reviews are only a few words. Does it make sense to you? I only mentioned that because I saw some names under here are the people who works in this office. And they leave a comment on behalf of their OWN OFFICE. I totally feel some of these clients who detailed their experience with this office.

I agreed to work with this office almost 4 months ago, we were going to apply EB2 Niw. They promised to help me by preparing documents such as cover letter, or giving a structure for recommendation letters and all that staff but it never happened. I prepared everything myself and my recommenders have written by the structure I found on internet.

After 2 months they sent me the same letter what I sent to them as something we can file. Can you imagine? While I was waiting the document been structured, they copied and pasted everything in another document. I’M SAYING SAME DOCUMENT, NOT EVEN A SINGLE LETTER CHANGED. They even copied and pasted some notes I’ve written for the person who read to understand what i’m trynna say. This is how useless their office. They don’t even read anything.

I’m damn serious this office is not doing immigration business because they dont have any idea about what they do. They don’t read anything, I don’t even think they can read because they have no idea about what needs to be filed by UCSIS FRAMEWORK.

After that, I prepared the letter myself all over again, it took me weeks to finish. And then we agreed to sent my draft (which is also not what UCSIS requires because I’m not expert in this field but they wanted to send it because they also have no idea what we do). Then it took another 5-6-7 weeks them to fill 2 forms.

After all that, they finally sent me couple of forms such as I140, and EBA750b (USCIS discontinued TO TAKE THIS FORM but as you can wait from this office they don’t know). All these forms had mistakes, for IRS-EIN box they put my USCIS account number. Can you imagine this? There are a lot of mistakes but they won’t fit here.

I completed these errors myself as well and then we we’re finally ready to file after 4 months. In that time, I got some expert opinions and realized this file is not even 1% related with what USCIS ask for. Wrong forms, cover letter is not reflecting UCSIS Framework etc,

ANYWAY, we agreed the mistakes they made and I was right to cancel this collaboration. They were supposed to check everything and refund my $3000 inital payment and $700 uscis filling fee. (we haven’t even filed anything but they collected that money too but rejected to refund). Today it has been another 2 weeks and they keep ignoring me and reject to pay my money. I’m filling a complaint to The Attorney Grievance Committee and do all necessary legal actions. But you guys still have chance to stay away from these people and save your time and money.

In addition to all these, they even asked me to translate turkish documents to english. They said they have a translator who is pregnant but they are able to stamp and sign with her name if I translate it myself. Can you imagine the FRAUD?

As I told, I have a lot to say but it’s not going to fit here. They will lie you about how many approvals they have or something. Do not BELIEVE IT guys, ask for proof. You’ll see there is no proof and I don’t think they have even one happy client! I’m telling you they have no idea about immigration, they don’t even know how to read lol. Bunch of scammers!

Thanks to Vano for winning my immigration case after the previous lawyer messed it up! The immigration process was going over 2.5 years and Vano sorted it out and won my case in 2 months. Recommend!

This compony is stealing clients money without doing any work. Always lies and never respond. Be aware.

Think twice if you want to do anything with this terrible compony! That had paralegal which was stealing people’s money and the company had nothing to do with it, that was I’ve been told for 6 months. Eventually the lawyer took my $3000 and never returned back. Did complain to the Board and they still keep ripping off people!
A lawyer who will never find time for you to answer your questions or emails. They took an advance payment of $3,000 and did nothing except translate my own story. They refused to return the money.
All my acquaintance with this company began with a paralegal who worked for their company and robbed people by signing fraudulent contracts on behalf of Vano. A lot of people suffered from it, after signing a new contract with lawyer Vano, they refused to return my $3,000, which I sent to them as a deposit to start working on my case, and they completely ignored me! Be careful with this company if you don't want to be left without money! This company employs real scammers. If anyone has also suffered from them, go to court. This must stop.

I didn't want to work with them. I will describe the situation, since it looks like I can’t wait for a refund.

We signed an agreement in July and made the first payment. On the same day, they suddenly told me that I could not apply for this visa, and then they said oh, WE WERE CONFUSED, apply.

Then, a couple of days after payment, they called and said that the deadline for applying for a visa expires in two weeks, urgently collect documents in 2 weeks, and this also means that you need to pay a state fee of almost $3,000. After a month or two they said they would need to pay a fee. And when they accepted the money, they didn’t warn me.

From conversations with representatives of the company: Apply for this visa, but they will definitely not approve of it, so we will immediately apply for another one. It’s ok, I agreed, but later they informed me that I would have to pay another 3,000 fee. Then they said again that there would be no need to pay again.

Then, by some miracle, in 2 weeks I needed to restore my birth certificate, which turns out to be mandatory for this visa. I note that during the consultation they didn’t tell me about the birth certificate. Naturally, I wouldn’t have time and the visa doesn’t suit me.

Today is September 7th and they are feeding me breakfast about the return of the down payment. By the way, they themselves promised that they would return it. Naturally, the lawyer himself does not answer.

Let me add: the money was returned

This guy is a real crook. Please take your time and money elsewhere. Don’t go to this law firm.

I wouldn’t go with this company, they mislead me, my EB3 RFE was wrong, it was their fault and never admitted, I had 30 days for a motion but I never heard from them, they are avoiding my phone calls, emails, I’ve spent about 15K and I don’t have my money back and I lost my status. So I wouldn’t suggest going to Ballon Stoll.

They did their job with my E2 application but they charge a lot more than other Migrational lawyers in New York.
