When I asked for help, I got no response and finally angry response. I'm a first-time home-buyer. I didn't know I was asking bad questions. When I posted feedback, he called four times in a row. I didn't pick up because I was in a meeting.

My experience with Paul Banas as a landlord for 4 1/2 yrs has been a horrible experience. I have found him to be highly unprofessional, rude, demeaning and threatening. He has violated many of my rights as a tenant. I currently have written a formal complaint with the attorney general regarding these matters.
