I had a decent practice room for over a year with no problems. I foolishly decided to keep paying for the room throughout lockdown, even though I was unable to use it. Upon returning to it months later, I find my room trashed, people storing garbage in it, and the door completely broken open. A single piece of duct tape was holding the door shut. Some items I left behind were missing, too.
