Customer service for their warranty is terrible, I had a defective headphone and it’s been over four month, they don’t reply to emails and when I call in they give some excuse and hang up, totally unacceptable B&O, I’ve purchased many products from them for 25 years!
Came in to the store with 8 year old headphones which stopped working properly several years ago. Chris went above and beyond my expectations in solving the issue. Best customer service I've ever experienced. Best of all, my headphones work good as new!

I had to return earbuds to Bang & Olufsen (B&O), which one wouldn’t expect to be a big deal, but B&O corporate treats online orders differently from those made at a B&O store. And since I live on the west coast, but made my purchase in NYC over the holidays, completing the return was proving unexpectedly difficult.
Then Michele from B&O SoHo stepped in and went out of his way to proactively help me when I was having trouble— he took my issue into his own hands, generated a prepaid return label, and kept in continued communication over phone/email until my issue was completely resolved. It may not seem like a big deal, but when I had a finite period to return the product and was hitting multiple dead ends trying to do so in my area, with B&O corporate etc, it made a huge difference having Michele’s support, and I'd recommend checking out the SoHo store!
