It's Just as others have said with this branch, you wait for 20 minutes with only 3 people ahead of you cause many times they only have one bank teller.

Must get more tellers. Your customers in this particular branch seem to need assistance and it takes a screaming match to get them the help they deserve.

Worst management ever. Always long line and only one teller.

Horrible service. Waited in line for 30mins, 4 customer service rep sitting at their desk and 1 teller to assistant 10 people in line. Worst customer service.

There is usually an issue with a customer at the only teller available. Today they raised the bar of unprofessional conduct by leaving the front door of the bank locked, causing problems for customers. One employee actually joked about it, which offended the customers.
