13Don't want to name bash but the indian/guyanese man that works there doesn't know how to do his job, i asked him to do simple task that I do at everyother branch and his respone as we stopped doing thatva month ago to get out of work. May be the last time I ever use this bank or at least come in person.
Horrible Horrible. Never have I ever had to show Id plus my bank card in order to deposit money. Nor did they ask anyone behind me or next to me to show them their id card. Common theme banking while black in bank of America. Trust me I will be closing my account asap
The associates there sounds so unrealistic and false. Do not understand when there is an issue. I wasn’t the only one complaining about it. The manager, Simone Read is rude and also doesn’t like when there is a problem. Only to get money.
I was at bank this morning to open a new account Emon was there to help me with all my needs he was amazing and very helpful with everything I need it done very patient and understanding of all. If you need a great costumer service and a smiling face don't hesitate and ask for him.
Told me they set up my account so it would pull from savings if my checking was low. Charged me overdraft fees then fees on top of fees. Good luck ever getting a dime of mine again. I recommend SEFCU right down the street.
Clifton park branch routinely just closes, like yesterday. 45 minutes in line to complete a transaction, BoA employees act like they are doing me a favor, granting me access to MY money. In addition they granted access to government to review accounts of persons associated with the Jan 6 event. BoA is a bunch of left wing, biden, fauci ball licking liberals. Done with them before 2022.
Never had a bad experience here. Always polite and helpful. I’ve been banking and going to this location for 8 years now.
These folks have no idea how to run a branch. They told anyone that needed help to go to the website. They cut short my appointment because they didn’t have enough time to deal with my issue before the next appointment arrived. RIDICULOUS!
The worst bank and Customer service ever, they keep locking my card, not letting me take my own flipping money out of my acct, I ran out of gas today dealing with these people, I can't wait till I can close this acct next wewk
Worst experience I’ve ever had in a bank. Banker “conveniently” forgot about prior interaction and put forth absolutely no effort to help.
6 area branches "temporarily closed" with no notice. Why? You could have at least given your customers access to after hours drop box. Is your business plan to send your customers to another bank?
I called them at 3: 50 pm, no one answers the phone to get a simple question answered. Useless horrible service.
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE “VICE PRESIDENT FINANCIAL CENTER MANAGER JOANN GALLUCCI, (THIS LADY DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR) SHE GREETED ME WITH A SUPER NEGATIVE ATTITUDE AND AFTER I TOLD HER WHY I WAS THERE, WHICH IT WAS FOR A VERY SIMPLE THING, SHE TOOK MY CARD AND SAID SHE WAS GOING TO “CHECK ME IN” TO SEE A RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, SHE THEN WALKS INTO HER OFFICE AND LITERALLY THROWS MY CARD AGGRESSIVELY ON HER DESK FROM A DISTANCE. HER OFFICE IS SEE THROUGH GLASS, SO WHEN I SAW WHAT SHE DID, I CALLED HER OUT AND ASKED HER WHY SHE DID THAT AND ASKED FOR MY CARD BACK. WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY SHE RETURNS THE CARD TO ME AND WALKS AWAY.
I’VE BEEN WITH BANK OF AMERICA FOR OVER 15 YEARS AND NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED THIS WAY OR SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT.
THIS LADY SHOULD NOT BE THE VICE PRESIDENT BECAUSE SHE CLEARLY DOES NOT LEAD BY EXAMPLE. SHE PROFILED ME FROM THE BEGINNING AND THAT IS A VERY NEGATIVE THING TO DO. I WORK AND MANAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR PAST 15 YEARS AND NEVER WOULD I ALLOW MYSELF OR ANY EMPLOYEE TREAT A CLIENT LIKE THIS.
THE GENTLEMAN THAT HELPED ME OUT AFTERWARDS, WILLIAM RELYEA, WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL AND HELPED ME WITH MY QUESTIONS IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES. THEY SHOULD GIVE HIM HER POSITION AND SEND HER BACK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.
