Glad I read negative reviews so now will go to the branch in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, bc had wonderful experience there in the past. Can’t stand long bc I’m disabled. Taking two buses bc I’m on Staten Island.
One of the best branches, with best customer service ever. The warm welcome from the staff makes the branch special. Lori that helped me was very professional, kind and a very positive person.
