Updated hours are so insanely inconvenient, I don’t know understand how anyone with a normal job could go to the bank between 9am and 4pm. It has been very difficult to bank here. How is updating the hours to now 9-4 “valuing us and our safety”?

Horrible customer service. Empty office without employees. Wait time for tellers up to 30 minutes, notary work possible only prior 3pm (notes goes home at 3pm).

Their online services are outdated and way to complex for end user. I had generally horrible experience with Bank of America.

Looking for banking of the future? J. P. Morgan Chase is a way to go.

I really had a good experience a day after moving to the US. Staff is nice and helpful. I was able to open a bank account, have a temporary debit card, make a deposit in less than one hour, before massive snow storm.

Went here to open a checking account as a tourist. Not the fastest service and system went down once during an application, but this is one of a few bank who issues cards without a bunch of docs if you’re a tourist. Plus in terms of help managers were really great. They take their time to explain everything to you. I set up online banking, mobile app and got temporary card till my real one is in the mail, so all in all, I’m happy.

The tellers and the manager were so rude. They don’t know who to talk to a customer other then scream at you. I’m closing the account at Bank of America.

This branch has the best and most courteous service, from the management (Derrick) to the staff. I would definitely recommend banking with this branch. Thank you for a pleasant experience!
