Bank of America Financial Center, New York NY

I went in today during lunch hour, there was only 1 teller. That's kind of not taking into consideration their customers need. Most customers only have lunch time to conduct transactions since the bank opens at 9AM closes at 4PM

I have to leave a really terrible review about what happened here so others will know.for many years my credit card balance was very high close to the limit.finally after getting out of financial troubles I paid off my card in full.the payment bounced due to my money transfer taking longer.so from the app I paid again whe whole balance.the next day having zero balance BOA took the balance from my account again.took 2 weeks to get the money wired back to my account where my personal account was close to zero.very upsetting

Terrible service. I met with a manager and he did not give me contact information, later called me from a number that doesn't get back to him, and they don't answer their phones. So now I have to make another appointment, which I'll make at a different branch.

Had to do bunch of errands at this bank, and every time the process was efficient. Special thanks to Durrell who helped me process bank documents really fast!

Terrible service. Called them up and after speaking to someone for 15 minutes, they transferred me to the lending specialists who instantly told me they cant talk to me at all because i am calling from overseas. I get hung up on after trying to ask them why is that a thing and that I've never heard of that before. Apparently BOA is not the place for me to bring my business to.

Horrible branch! They only have one teller and they give you attitude. I’m gonna close my account and transfer all my funds to my credit union.

BAD SERVI CE AND POOR CUSTOMER CARE, MY MOTHER DID TRANSFER FROM POLAND AND NTIL NOW THEY HAVENT RETURNED OR CREDITED THE TRANSFER

Caroline, the bank teller is one of the nicest people in the world. Normally I would never write about a bank teller but the service is so good that I thought she deserved a compliment.

150 broadway branch is a disaster - they never pick up; they never reply to emails.i'd to move out to LI but the branches here are still closed. 6mos into covid & you got no one holding the fort? ! Shame on you - no excuse now.

I just called this financial center and was greeted in the most rude way by the woman at the other end of the phone. Learn to have some respect for your customers. Never using your services again. Good riddance.

One of the staff was rude and he had no idea about his job. He offered me a CD account and told me if i plan on canceling CD there won’t be any charges from principle amount and fees will be deducted from interest earned. I have to pay $100 in fee for canceling after 2 months because i needed money for my wife medical needs.
Worst branch!
