Literally the slowest Bank of America I have ever experienced. There’s always a line out the door for teller service and there’s never enough tellers. The wait is horrendous. It’s currently 100 degrees out and I can’t even imagine having to make that wait in the winter.

I like that when questionable cash comes of your card its declined and you being informed about it, customer service is good

OMFG! The slowest service EVER! So unorganized and UNPROFESSIONAL the security guard is Straight oughtta Compton and expresses herself as if she is truly in the streets! Long lines to get in the bank, tellers struggle to process transactions as their work morale is down and unmotivated by lack of positive instruction. And for a Saturday why is their ONLY two tellers working? ! This is the worst BOA in Brooklyn to go to!

This branch is THE SLOWEST BRANCH EVER! They have you waiting outside for a long period of time just for you to come inside and wait another long period of time. Every time I come here I’m waiting for hours! The only reason I gave it two stars is because the security guard is nice. Other than that I say go to a different branch. Whether you waiting on the teller or someone to talk to you will be waiting forever.

This branch seems to be CLOSED more than open. The last 3 week's. Websites say open, when you get there it's closed. You can see the employees walking inside with ZERO information from them.

Did not close my account correctly and did not inform me of this which affected my credit score. When I closed my account was told that everything had been closed and that there were no outstanding balances. When I went back, the employees were ungracious and unhelpful, refusing to take responsibility for a mistake made entirely by them and refused to try to rectify the error in any way.
This bank and this branch are dangerous, making critical mistakes and not being honest about the same.

Employees are very helpful and nice and, It’s always clean. There are longer wait time sometimes because they are understaffed.

Came in to get a new Debit Card and the employees were so helpful. Jesus in particular, answered all my question and told me all the added benefits of Bank of America products.

Bank of America gives you the option of signing up online without physically having to go to the actual bank! During COVID-19 i decided i wanted to open up a different bank for a business i just started. I wanted to keep my spending money separate from my business money. Weeks go by and I haven’t received my card so i called bank of America Customer service and they insisted that I waited, i did just that! After all of that i tried logging back into the account to put money in but then i realized i was locked out. I called customer service and they labeled my account as fraud and told me to go the physical bank. I finally decided to go because i was a student and i realized i needed to control my spending habits. I went to the worker i told her the full situation and how the bank labeled me as fraud. When i went i wasnt dressed up to par i had on a hoodie and jeans with my hair tied up. I feel like that screamed scam to them but ive worked in customer service some of the best dressed customers are the number one frauds. The lady came back and told me unfortunately your account was labeled as fraud and you cant open up ever again. Of course i knew they labeled me as fraud because i told her that. I told her that I’m not a scam artist i don’t do frauds i have banks from the beginning of high-school till now i never had a fraud issue with my other banks. Bank of America didn’t even do a background check too see if i’m really a scammer. Thats highly unprofessional! At least check to see if I’m really a fraud before you label me as a fraud!

Very rude teller that couldn’t admit that they made a mistake. Supervisor had to do all the work for them. Didn’t feel like a customer at all. If possible, save yourself the hassle and go to another branch.

Horrible branch. At least one atm will be broken at all times. The atms Have a line at all times of the day. They need to update this branch with the newer atms they have at other branches. Also they need to add more atms.

Update as of 2020: the branch greatly improved with 5-6 atms and they are the much faster and newer ones you see in Manhattan. If their is a line for the atms it dies out in about 2-3min because of the fast & numerous atms.

Pros: Nice presentation, big bank.

Cons: Severely understaffed. The tellers don’t get a break.

Solution: Management needs to address the waiting time by hiring more tellers.

Experience: I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes and will likely be waiting for another 45 minutes to speak with a teller.

Word to management: If you’re looking for staff message me on LinkedIn, I work with a staffing agency and kind find the talent to address this issue.
