I went to see Mi-young kwon.because I needed Korean service. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. And she came out and answered. “I’m going to go eat lunch” I went back home.visited again the next day. I needed help, but she said she don’t know and told me to call the customer service center and ask. I wasted my time for two days and felt bad.it was the worst experience.

Brian is very nice and patient. He is knowledgeable and professional. With Bryan’s help, it makes my trip so much easier. Btw, I like the new lobby, its bright, clean and organized.

Where to start ok let’s try. At age 10 my father pounded in my head son you only have one friend in this world. And that’s your banker. You are going to need them for the rest of your life. As an adult I always thought cash was king. Miyoung explained to me cash is good but credit is king. That’s why I took out a auto loan. That’s why I took out a credit card. And soon I will take out a home loan. As Miyoung walks me through the steps. I need to do to make this happen. Ok that said Miyoung does much more than that. See set’s up my BoA Apps on my phone. Miyoung set’s up my E mail on My phone. Miyound set’s up my passcode and other things. I don’t even know. Miyoung is my hero. Miyoung cares about me. That’s why I tell my friends and family to bank of BoFA. And see some home cooking like me.

Came here today to open an account. Was greeted by Elaine. She was patient and kind enough to get me a bandage as I got a paper cut on my way over. Luz and Elaine both helped me with opening my account and they were thorough and very friendly. Good and professional service.

Purely racial discrimination place.my father, a immigrant speak limited English, went to the branch recently and the personal banking clerk Miyoung Kwon discriminated him and said: CHINESE go to Flushing! I can’t believe how can an asian herself discriminated other Asian like this. Worst banking experience ever

I came here to Chang 100$ quarters, 30$ Dime, 20$ penny’ I asked the teller if I can have a plastic bag, because I see there are many plastic bags behind the counter. But the teller refused me very rudely. So I have to put all the coins in my pockets. Never come back to this bank.

A clean, well organized, and efficient branch of BoA. I can personally attest to the good ethics and customer service exhibited by Phillip, the branch manager, and Eric, the relationship manager. If you are a Bank of America customer or will be, this is a great location to use for personal and business needs. Ask for Eric!

They have horrible customer service.horrible communication skills and just simply do not cafe to service a loyal customer as they deserved to be serviced.

Please train employees at door to properly communicate to customers with regards to standing in ATM line, rather than just pointing fingers in vague directions without saying anything & abruptly threatening to "have you stand outside” if you don’t understand what they’re pointing at.

Miyoung kwon the Bank employee she didn’t help me and my wife twice and gave us wrong information about bank credit card policy. Later I called BOFA customer service they told me what Miyoung kwon told us was not right, and they apologized. This is really disappointing.

Poor service, the worst experience ever. Asked question and manager responses in a tone that is almost attacking. Customer service is never a thing at BankOfAmerica. Why keep accts here? I am moving all to my other banks. So angry to have this feeling on Sat morning.
