Watch out for this bank! They don’t care about their clients. I had to go to another bank in 7th ave to withdraw my money from my business account.

Bank of America is generally a good bank, but this branch has a terrible reputation in an affluent neighborhood, something is off.

It is impossible to talk to a banker. After calling and being told that all the bankers were busy, I was told to schedule an appointment and given the web address. When I did, I entered my zip code, and the bank nearest to me didn't show up. The telephone help (talk to an associate) was woefully inadequate.
