One of the worst banks I have ever been too. I am a business client with 3 accounts and over 500k inside these accounts and have been with BOFA for 22 years - my deposit got held which is fine, it was a big amount but today is day 10? ! - Just wanted to speak with business rep and instead would not even let me speak to anyone other then the cashier - said 2 hour wait by lady with IPad. What a joke, Literally did not want to help period at all other then give me directions in a snow storm to another beach.

Horrible customer service - horrible way to treat customers.

Only reason this is two stars and not one is because Matt the manager talked to me on my way out. You should hire more Matt’s and less front door lady with iPad & lady behind the counter with the it’s not problem attitude - shame on you for not caring at all.

Currently sitting waiting for a manager to come - if they will resolve my issues I will change my rating - Bank of America you are a branded front facing entity - take care of the people who pay your fees monthly.

Update for everyone - Matt said goodbye and good luck 45 min can’t help me make payroll for my company - say good bye to me Bank of America

I will be moving every single account and credit limit to chase private client

You are all the worst - NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BANK OF AMERICA

Karly helped me with setting up my new debit card. She is nice and patient and she told me a lot of things about protecting my privacy and money. She is gorgeous and I hope to see her again

It seems petty to write a bad review for a bank but the amount of times I had bad interactions warrant this review.

You need more tellers at all times. Why am I waiting 20 minutes just to get some change? The manager jumps in to help but when he's busy we're stuck waiting an unreasonable amount of time to get anything done.

There's a very efficient female teller but I've only seen her in the late afternoon. Another female teller who works mid day has a bad attitude that's exacerbated by her obnoxious gum chewing.

Don’t know why NO ONE ever picks up the phone at this branch!
No matter what time of the day you call. Their customer service is poor at best.

Worst experience ever. They judge people by their appearance. The guy asked me how much I’d like to deposit before moving onto the next step. So gross that this banker does this. Stay away from this bank if you want to be treated fairly and nicely.

Karlene, Eugene (if I'm not mistaken in writing the name), and female security i met is very friendly and nice, very very helpful, even im coming 45minutes before the closing time they still willing to help me out, i’m really appreciate karlene and eugene for their patience in helping us, sorry for making you guys come home late, you guys are amazing, thankyou for giving me an amazing banking experience, i feel so welcome and comfortable, if i need to see a customer service bank officer i will definitely go to you guys

I booked an appointment at this branch this week and was attended to sharp on time. The RM Michael was very knowledgeable and took time to understand my needs before recommending me the right products. He made the process of opening an additional account and credit card very seamless. One of the best BoA branch experience that I have had.

Everyone is nice but the down fall of this branch is that they always have 1 teller no matter how long the line is. Workers are usually standing around and not helping. The wait is very long to do a simple transaction. They should have a person taking business transactions (big cash deposits) and another one to help with simple personal deposits and payments.
