Came in hour and half ago just for a temporary card and still waiting. No one came to let me know that there is a long wait. This is highly upsetting. Anytime I come here it’s ALWAYS a long wait! Be prepared to wait a hour tops if you want to get Any business done in here. This location needs to get it all the way together.

By far the worse Bank of America I’ve ever been to. Customer service sucks, the tellers have the nastiest attitudes, very rude. I’m actually gonna bring this to my companies attention, maybe we need to find a bank that appreciates our business! Would not recommend anyone to go to this bank.

I came into the gateway location early Friday morning with a major problem with my account. Ms Felicia Barnes who happens to be the branch manager was not only very friendly but also very helpful. She helped me in a matter of minutes effortlessly solving my problem. Hands down great service. If you’re looking for an awesome bank you should stop by to see her. Guaranteed satisfaction.
Its ALWAYS a long wait i have never came in here no matter what time and not have to wait on a line thats all the way out the door. Ps I dont even bank here. Its for someone else
Imagine coming into the bank to print a debit card and the branch greeter tells you it’s a two hour wait. Two hours? To print a debit card? That’s ridiculous before. I’ve worked in a bank and I know that the key to running a successful branch is great customer service and being able to handle multiple transactions in which this bank has failed to do today. I walked out and Then I decide let’s just take out money at the teller. I walked back in to find one teller and a line of 8 people ahead of me. No way. Worst Bank of America location I’ve been to thus far, and there aren’t that many around me. I was happy when they opened in gateway because it was close to home unlike other locations. But after today I would just stick to using the atm. An entire branch with just a staff of 2 people, during lunch break is ridiculous. Apparently more people need to be hired.
The staff needs to get a class in costumer service ms Lewis is horrible needs to be replaced ASAP
One of the worst experience every. Stood on line for more than 30 minutes for a withdrawal. The line went out the door. The only reason why I stood on line because I needed singles for my trip. I will go the distance next time for better service.
Im here to open an acct and they still are not open. Some type of system issue but noone by the door to apologize for the delay.
Waited on line for 20 Min. I was asked to put my fingerprint on the check. The check I wanted to cash needed more verification and an override that can only be done by a manager. The 1 manager there was not able to come help me so the person at the counter TOLD me I had to come back. No apologies, no sorry for your inconvenience. Very unprofessional

Bad service I ever seen in my life. The lade wrote my name she say to me I'm number 7 some body I'll call me in 30 minutes. After 35 minutes i ask whis number going on she say I'm number 6. Highly recommended Bank of America. Make your employees busy. We saw they are busy them salf.
One of my favorite locations. Service is a 9 the 1 is taken away because internet and cell service sucks.lol thats just me or there is just something that mess with grading.
This branch really sucks. Very bad customer service reception and very long wait times. I've been there a few times for my monthly daily account running balances and the experience has always been nothing short of horror.
The worst bank ever in banking history, it's allways a full house, no room, never have pens to fill out your paperwork, one bank teller, all the workers have bad customer service, do not go to this bank you will be sorry
I went inside for a 5 minute process to wait 40mins To Be Seen. I Was Told i was Signed In Which I Dnt Understand Becuase No One Asked Me My Name. The Banker Name (Jennifer) Laughed At Me When I Asked Why Does This 5 Minute Process Take 30 Minutes. Smfh i Never Been To Any Bank Of America & Got Treated Like This & To Top It Off A Lady Came In After Me They Told Me They Were Signing Her In But They Processed Her Paper Work As I Watched.
Went to do deposit was told needed i.d although not my account. I wanted to get account here but would not do it now. Line was long and I have bank accounts else where and have never encountered this problem. I showed my state i.d and was told it had to be a license or passports which made no sense so I was forced to not be able to make my deposit and I just made a deposit at sovereign bank successfully i.d free during the week. Won't ever go here again
