Bank of America Financial Center, Forest Hills NY

This is probably the most understaffed and slowest branch in all of NY. I will never go there again.

This is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL branch of them all. Five windows=one teller. Always. No appreciation for the customer. Unfortunately have to go there sometimes it being my local branch but never a pleasant experience.

No matter what day of the week, time of day, or length of the line of customers, there is almost always only one person at the counter. And then 1-2 others behind the counters who are not taking customers.

Considering the busy location, there should always be enough people behind the counters to keep the lines as short as possible.

That is my main complaint. The staff are all friendly.

Long lines and always short of staff! And this location has such an unpleasant smell as soon as you walked in!

No respect for Solders! Or military! I came in expecting to open up an account showed the lady my military identification card and she told she couldn’t do anything for me and had to go through a whole other department smh.safe to say I won’t ever do any business with Bank Of America!

I got a great service after my first visit to this branch. All bank employees were kindly. Ms. Yesenny helped to solve my questions and explained everything simply and clearly. It was nice to talk with her.

I had an 11 am appointment with a confirmation number, they made me wait at the couch and after 40 minutes of waiting I walked out

Only one teller for 20 people waiting in line! Let me get my money out and go to another bank. Takes first place for bad customer service.

This place is the wooooooooorrrrrrrssssstttt. Why do you continue to “hire” people and then improperly train them. Why? It makes no sense. Its like Bank of America wants to fail.hire more competent candidates and/or properly train new hires. I am tired of waiting on f$&@# lines.

Super poor customer services, this place real huge waste time of time! One star even too much for them! I can’t believe still this kind bad poor customer service place open door for customers! Better for close they door!

Poor customer service. Rude manager! She needs to be replaced ASAP! The place needs polite and courteous staff.

Great customer service.good eye contact while answering my questions and even suggested a few other close by BA atms.

I have a bank of america office right behind my building on Myrtle ave and forrest ave but i drive 1 hour to visit this specific place because of the professionalism and kindness of my bankar Mr. Johnathan Boston.

This store is full of people that don't know what they are doing at all. My apologies to anyone who takes offense to this but so far I've had nothing but bad experiences with this store. Do yourself the favor and don't go to this store, try a different one.

This place is a huge waste of time staff is unprofessional and unwilling to help customers I wouldn't even bother coming here again!

The CEO needs to come and see the way they are operating. Over an hour wait just to see someone. The worst experience I've ever had with a bank.
I do not recommend this branch.

Always a horribly long wait with only one teller ever working at a time. Terrible, it's time to finally find a new bank.
