Bank of America Financial Center reviews
22An employee of this bank answered me in a rude form "you had to learn English well and then come to the USA"
Awful customer service! Representative Raisa was very unprofessional and didn't want to help me at all
Had a very bad experience with Brighton branch. I dont know it was connect to location. But very rude woman works there. Hers name is Oleksandra. I will never use this location
I don't know who is it OKSANA but this person totally rude.she raises her tone and behaves rudely with clients, this is my first time when I saw such a rude and uneducated person, I am very surprised.
But other employees, from this department so good and intelligent people, thanks!
Mr. Naum Raziilov is excellent, helpful and very friendly.
The branch of Brighton beach of Bank of America should be proud that Mr. Raziilov offer all the client need with professionalism and hospitality. This gentleman for sure loves his working place.
Slowest customer assistance and service. Poor staff knowledge about what they doing. It takes me 2 hours to close account. (It's without waiting peoples in front of me)
Horrible and rude service. She works there by the name of Raisa, she doesn’t have culture at all with clients! She should already retire
Very bad people. No one wants to help you.
And everything go's randomly. They not organized at all.
I had a great experience. There was a bit of a line, but then I was offered help by one of the Managers, Naum Raziilov. He sat me down in his office and answered all of my questions, he even helped me set up a new account that was much more beneficial with my finance. Thank you!
Honestly, I wanted to prove the other reviews wrong and say that the service was good, but I can't. Next time I'm back in here though, I'll see if it's different and I can update this review. Let's put some smiles on our faces, shall we?
Bank workers so rude, BoA How you hire customer service personal? Especially a woman with a short haircut, Ooo my god so disappointed to visit.
First time visiting this bank. Had a very good experience thanks to Naum Raziilov. Very professional and took his time to thoroughly answer all of the questions I came in with.
Most worse customer service ever. Always big line to the cashier, and there is only one person serving people, who's rude for the customers. If you have time, try to avoid this branch and visit one of any other BA offices.
Well, this place always full of customers but only few people working here.it is very sad that customers loosing time and money.
Awful customer service (Representative Raisa was very unprofessional and didn't want to help me at all (
The worst service! A girl named Yevgenia Akhmedova, does not know how to work! Because of her mistake, I lost three days of time! She also cheated me that I, too, seemed to be wrong! I will change this bank to another, where the service is better and the employees are more communicative!
Is it Raisa (the information lady) have a Financial education and can consult about loans and etc? She literally tried to cancel my visit to specialist when I came. Totally disappointed
I need statemans for 6 month, it's coste 30 dolars. It's crazy. Here is 1955 year. Soviet Union
Terrible customer service.
15 people on Line to transact during rush hour and there’s only one teller.
Branch Manager was unconcerned with the fact that people were restless and lines were halfway out the door. When things got critical staff looked more concerned with looking busy rather than assisting.
