I’ve been to other locations and walked away unsatisfied, but she inspired me to make two purchases, helped me get a difficult piercing in, and was kind and informative the whole way through. Give her a raise! If she’s there, I feel good about spending much more money with banter!

I was lucky enough to work with Cat today.i told her i had a bunch of piercings i didn’t know what to do with.she saw my personality and knew exactly what to do with my piercings! Cat is the Piercing Queen.she absolutely slayed and styled/designed every one of my piercings and it felt like we became best friends. If you need inspiration for a piercing, or are just thinking about getting a piercing, talk to her. Cat’s my Girl! Look at how she immediately knew my celestial vibe.

Everyone is so nice! The staff is effortlessly kind, helpful, and informative. I loved the conversation! A moment barely passed when I didn't have a smile on my face or was laughing. To top it all off, THEY LEFT ME WITH BEAUTIFUL PIERCINGS! I love them so much and i'm soooo happy, more than satisfied.all the jewelry options were so gorgeous too! Cat was fantastic! Came about a week ago and my piercing is healing so well! My first piercing ever and she made me feel so comfortable. Definitely knew what she was doing! Super professional and fun to talk to I will never go to anyone else to get pierced and will be coming to see her again

Go to a proper piercing place. This place is a joke. You can't get professional piercing experience from those who have practiced on cardboards.

Currently here at Green Acres waiting over 20 minutes with 1 worker. Totally unacceptable when there are at least 4 other ppl waiting.

Racist white female employee. She told her coworker that Hispanic people are stupid for speaking little english. My mother was simply trying to make an exchange of an item worth $170 according to the receipt. Employee then proceeded to tell my mother that the item is now $115 therefor she couldn’t exchange for another item priced at $170. Evidently, she tried to finesse her out of $55. Nevertheless, the pressing issue is the unacceptable racism on behalf of the employee. Be on the lookout for a lawsuit.
