Excellent no BS Barber/Salon in Chelsea. They're not blasting techno/hiphop like every other spot around here, just a nice, clean, therapeutic, place to come and get a cut or bead trim. Followed Steve here from another place who is the best - really pays attention to detail and what you ask for.
Really great experience here. Whole staff is nice. Erwin is amazing. If you’re a dude looking for a good haircut, request him. He’s got a great eye and his attention to detail is very refreshing.
Barba Men's Grooming, is very clean, also the environment is relaxing and the aroma scented candles create a nice spa like aura. I get my regular shave from Steve, he is very polite and a gentleman in fact. If your looking to get a shave from a professional ask for Steve.
Iv come to this barber shop more than 3 times and Im more than happy with all my haircuts from Steven.
Love this place, finally a male hair salon that knows how to style beards, believe it or not most barbers in NYC have no clue how to style or cut a beard, these guys rock!
Place to go if you want to be treated like a movie star. The staff was amazing and the haircut was fantastuc!
Steve is the man - always takes his time doesn't rush, makes sure I'm satisfied with the style and is very accommodating. I also like the calm vibe here its very subtle and therapeutic.
Steve was great! I stopped in for the first time at Barba and Steve gave me a great cut! He is very friendly and personable. No appointments needed, but it is recommended. You can just walk in and someone will be there to assist you, Steve was available so I tried him out. Great customer service as well! Definitely recommend him!
Steven is my man! Wonderful ambiance in the shop. All of the professionals turn out wonderful cuts. For a hot shave Steven is my guy. Got to meet the owner Xavier, wonderful gentleman. If you've been searching for a barber try here! I found Barba after 8 year search in Chelsea for a good Barbershop.
