3Parked car with friendly parking assistant. Parked the car in valet mode as to keep private information safe. Upon getting back to the car the pin I entered would not work. Called to see if we could talk to someone and only got a voicemail. Seems as though staff has changed pin somehow and will not answer calls
Went on line to purchase pass for the weekend. Followed basic instructions.enter date of event
what event you were attending. Purchase my pass. Notice a date for today thinking it was he purchase date. Call to make sure they received the right info, because that was NOT the date I entered. Never returned my call. Go to check emails to GUESS WHAT find a parking pass for tonight! TOTAL SCAM! Left multiple messages without a word from them. ALL CHARGES FINAL.

Update. Once again never returned call. CONTACTED BANK, they will handle.
Most UNPROFESSIONAL business I have ever dealt with. BE CAREFUL! They may steal more
than just the 40$!
Cheap parking near Barclays Center. Nowhere better for Barclays Center parking.
