Maria Costanza Barducci is a notorious scam attorney running a cottage industry targeting small retail and bars from NYC to Florida with bogus ADA complaints. They throw $500 at the wheelchair plaintiff while extorting & pocketing tens of thousands from the small mom & pop businesses. Disgraceful! She will be shamed and disbarred.

This is a law firm that represents people trying to scam Bar and Restaurants with ADA compliance in greater NYC area clients that put in multiple lawsuits against multiple businesses trying to extort money from them. One client has five lawsuits currently pending. We don't need attorneys like this in NYC shame on this firm.
