Bareburger, Bayside NY

Last week I had an unfortunate experience at bareburger. I ordered the vegan burger and the server DID NOT ask what bun I wanted (I assumed a vegan bun comes with the vegan burger) and proceeded to give me a brioche bun (with egg). I took 1 bite of the burger (split in half sharing), and after mentioning it to the server, they made me a new HALF burger, not even a full burger. Eventually the burger was on the house, and outside of that slip up, the service was great and the happy hour deals are awesome. Just an inexcusable careless mistake without an apology! Alyssa was incredibly kind and professional and made the experience much better

Excellent location with great service, out door dining and great customer service. They serve elk burgers here which is hard to find

I love that its Grass-fed. No ones doing that like Bareburger and the food is actually really good. The burgers are a good size and they aren't sloppy like other fast food places. They also have an amazing variety. I highly recommend them and I hope business is going well for them and hopefully it'll inspire others to use Grass-fed meat. Keep it up

Nice location, burger was juicy, and love the fries, this location sells local Drew beer.

Great place for a burger and their fries are awesome. Super nice that they do so much gluten free. The service was great too. While sitting outside, out little doggy was offered water.

When nothing will do but an amazing burger I make my husband take me here! These burgers always burst with a very satisfying juice and flavor.

Overpriced for basic burgers. Waiter service forgets you once they take your order. You consistently have to go to the front to ask for refills or napkins. Most fried foods are over fried. I won't recommend it.

Sad to say the quality at this location has dropped.

Ordered large fries to share with the wife w/ bacon, cheese, and scallions. Bacon pieces were too large and barely any cheese. Scallions were fine. The portion was about the same, if not less than the amount of fries that came with my daughter’s kid’s meal. Weird.

Ordered our burgers medium and our daughter’s burger well done. All three burgers came out well done. Wouldn’t expect this to happen for a place that exclusively makes burgers.

Service was fine though. Not enough to make a return trip anymore.

PS. Got there at 6: 30. Was told that happy hour was only until 6. But their menu said it was til 7. Maybe just wasn’t updated yet. Really wanted those $1 PBRs. Oh well.

Food was great. Great friendly staff and amazing sauces. Big fan of the jalapeño bbq and smoke sauce. Always love coming to bare-burger for great eats and great service.

I ordered a burger with just pickles and ketchup. I got caramelized onions, mushrooms and meat that was raw!

People behind the register was rude specially the man.

The food was ok, fries, onion rings, pickle chips were all over cooked. The burgers are nothing to right home about they were just ok, but overpriced. The waiter service was not great.

I ordered a burger for pick up that was supposed to take 15min. I ended up waiting 30min. I was offered a coke since I waited so long. Then when the food actually came they refunded me and said it was on them. That was extremely nice and I felt appreciated as a customer. Def will be back. Also, I'm pregnant and ordered well done and it was perfect!

Excellent! Staff is nice, place is clean, food is delicious, fresh, fast and actually worth more than it's priced. I wish the place was twice as big.

I have lived in Bayside for 25 years and have never eaten at this gem! Friendly staff, rustic decor and a vegan menu alternative to traditional meat makes this a wonderful place to dine!

Great friendly service, clean surroundings. Burger was cooked to order; the portion size on the fries is mammoth. The house ketchup has a taste I can't quite place, but it is a must with the fries. Plenty of vegan options. Can't go wrong here!
