Barnes & Noble reviews
16Brought my kids. Santa will return here to support and buy some of the books and toys that the staff graciously allowed them to play with.
Took my granddaughters, 3 and 1.
Picked out some adorable books and
ate some delicious cupcakes!
Great way to spend a Saturday.
Good inventory of fiction, fantasy, science fiction, manga, light novels, etc. Fairly large - two floors. Wish there was a closer physical store to my house, but unfortunately that one turned into a TJ Maxx.
It's clean, well maintained. The staff is always friendly, helpful and not annoying. I go with my puppers all the time and love that it's dog friendly. Even the customers tend to be nice and respectful.
A great Barnes and Noble: huge selection like the one in Old Country Road, this location is like it but better since it is quieter and there is less people. It's not as nice as the one in Old Country road though
Really helpful staff and found most of the books I wanted. Manga selection has a variety but not quantity. Another thing is when I bought one of the mangas, someone stuck a sticker in one of the pages but luckily it did no damage to the page itself.
-changed from 4 to 5 star because staff is always so nice, went here again with my cousin and the atmosphere is always very positive.
If Barnes &Noble wants to woo customers into their store, they need to put chairs back. The reason people go to Barnes & Noble is to peruse a book before purchasing it. The Baby Boomer generation needs to sit and putting the Starbucks Cafe as the only place with chairs is a blatant attempt to extort money for the privilege of sitting down. I looked in past reviews and they took the chairs out pre- pandemic about 4 years ago.
Store is attractive and well organized. I just can't get over that the staff never asks if they can help you in any way. Why is there no customer service?
As one of the last large scale Barnes and Nobles I really treasure this place. Granted, the layout is getting weirder and weirder as time goes by, but the parking lot is a great place to take a nap because it's not only secluded, but usually empty.
I always liked the quiet atmosphere of a book store and Barnes and noble is no exception. Not crowded, no rush, just a pleasure to indulge in a deep conversation with a loved one and browse, and browse some more. Sipping coffee and day dreaming. Staring at people, just a bit. Come on in and unwind.
Story time on Wednesdays @11: 00am IS BACK…and it’s awesome
Special shout-out to Tyler and his masterful story-telling skills…we will definitely be back weekly!
This is a 2 level Barnes & noble, parking in back, a little narrow entrance off Northern Blvd. Starbucks upstairs, nice and bright, good selection of genres and gifts!
I went to Barnes & Noble to look for a book on efts investing and the young lady at the desk told me that they only have one it was from the dummy series and she would show me where it was she showed me where it was and she was very helpful and I've had similar experiences at the store the staff is always good give that girl a raise I forgot her name
Great store! Came here for the manga/anime section. It was huge! They had toys from Japan too. I might have bought too much.
Usually a spot at the cafe to sit during non peak times. Great selection, helpful staff, my comfort shop. A little less crammed feeling than Old Country Rd’s B&N funny enough
This Barnes and Noble has no chairs to sit and read. Beware of the lady with the red short hair she is super RUDE. Other than that this is your standard Barnes And Noble just a bit smaller.
