Barnes & Noble, West Nyack NY

Looked like it was closing. Registers were empty.had to wait for a cashier for at least 10 minutes before a tipsy customer started screaming she'd leave without paying.

The area was pretty clean and organized, super big. All the books were in amazing condition, and the Starbucks was really good. Definitely recommend, would go there again.

I love this Barnes and Noble! The staff is really helpful and the stock is books is really good. I am always able to either find what I am looking for or order the book so I can pick it up. I highly recommended this place!

We traveled from the Bronx to this location, and I must say I even found something that I personally collect. So that made my experience even better, my kids loved the Manga sections.

PROS: This Barnes n Noble is located conveniently inside of the mall in its own little section. It was a Starbucks inside, and two entrances if I'm not mistaken. For your kids their is a kid section and for all you music lovers they have an area exclusively for CDs and records.

CONS: Compared to other Barns N Nobles this one is way smaller with less inventory. The worst part is that it's understaffed and I can never get someone at the customer service counter

OVERALL: If you just so happen to be in the mall then go to this one, but I would prefer a stand alone Barnes N Noble any day

Very poggers. Ask the cashier with purple hair and the pink/purple/blue pins in their hair is they happen to listen to girl in red or sweater weather please.

A bit on the smaller side but it's well kept despite the chaos of the Palisades Mall. The books are usually neat and organized and it's hardly a madhouse inside. They still have a music and movies department along with a cafe

It was a nice experience my son and I had. The staff we encountered were very helpful with our questions. The biggest issue is that their prices can't compare to places like Amazon. As I am on a tight budget, I have to go where the prices are cheaper.

Good Kids Section. Helpful Staff. Large Inventory. Starbucks Cafe on site. Only downfall is, I'm not sure how much longer it will be around

Overall great store. Very good selection. Ok service. The reason for 3 stars is that they said online that they had the book I was looking for in stock at the store, but didn’t.

One of the bigger ones I've been to. Huge selection of everything. Graphic novel section was big. Lots of great gifts and great prices. Huge music and movie section also.

I was looking for the Goblin Slayer vol. 7 and they only had up to 5. So I just picked up my Vampire Knight: Memories vol. 3 and headed to check out. It was Kenny and Amanda was on cashiers. Kenny took my info for the membership and Amanda praises me for buying VKM and how much she loves Hino (the author). I think we geeked out for about a min. Then Kenny asked if I need anything else. I asked about the GS vol. 7. He said after checking, should be one in house. So he went to check, brought me over to Cathie I think her name is. She helped me look it up and other guy came over to check in the back. As they were looking; more people asked me if I needed help as I was standing there. Everyone was so friendly here. This will be my home Barnes and Nobles.

Clean, well stocked, and always a someone close by to help out. Has a children's section, a movie and music section, and a Starbucks.

Some books are messed up but you could get a discount if you ask for it. They have Starbucks inside!

The staff here is very friendly, and the store is usually well organized and tidy. Like any Barnes & Noble Bookseller's, there is a wide variety of novels, picture books, manga, collectibles, and more. There's a Starbucks in here also, but it does not accept the Starbucks app for payment.

Found three paperbacks for a fair price. Not enough couches. Too many tweens on their phones. Young woman at customer service was helpful.

Great Barnes and noble. Books of every kind has a Starbucks, tables if you have work to do or you just want to relax and read awhile. Have been going there for years

Didnt have book i ordered online tried to.give me a random.book when i picked up if i didnt notice i would have had wrong book when home

Security could be better and got yelled at for eating something at the Cafe meanwhile I bought something from the Cafe. Staff were very rude about that. Thanks but I will be taking my business elsewhere. My money will not be spent here.

A solid professional book store with an extensive stock. Staff are familiar with the current holdings. Shelves and books are clean and new. For extended choices check online. For multiple online purchases membership is recommended for the free shipping.
