12 He is doctor withittle knowledge and lousy staff. Wait time is 2 hours and staff is not interested in serving patients. I was referred by urgent care doctor after my accident and had fractures.
After 2 hours long wait, my foot xray was taken and dr. Toladano diagnosed that I had no fracture. Upon sharing my previous X ray report taken at Urgent care doctor he changed his mind saying there was a hairline fracture on foot.
Eventually a different orthopedic specialist diagnosed with two fractures on foot.
I ruptured my left front quadricep tendon in February 2018. That was in Oregon. Got an appointment right away as soon as I got back. Surgery the next day. Outstanding doctor/surgeon. His attentiveness has helped in full recovery from my ruptured tendon. Would recommend him to everybody.
Dr. Toledano performed surgery on the shattered heal of my left foot over 10 years ago. I couldn't have asked for a better result. He is truly an extraordinary surgeon!
Dr. Baruch Toledano was recommended to me by my foot surgeon last year when I shattered my left wrist. Also, I used him again last Friday, 4/12 to remove the hardware from last year as well.
He is an outstanding Trauma surgeon with amazing bedside manners, on point with my care and an exceptionally well rounded doctor. Anyone needing such an outstanding Ortho surgeon, Dr. Toledano is your man. We need more doctors like him. Northwell Health is truly blessed to have him on staff.

Office always busy. They don't respect people appointment. Prepare to camp here it will be a long wait at least more than 2 hours. Plus the staff is rude like you owe them something no respect. At 825 Northen Blvd Great Neck NY.
This doctor is a gift to the society. He did two surgeries on me. His beside manner is excellent. He is very pleasant and smiling all the time. I was very lucky to have him as my surgeon. Thank you and G-D bless.
Dr. Toledano saved my husband's pelvis and legs, in 2007. He was also gracious enough to allow us to pay in installments. Without his expertise, my husband would have been wheelchair bound, at 23 years old. Now, my husband is 33 and walking normal! From the outside, one couldn't imagine the titanium plates and rods that are holding his bones together. Thank God he happened to be on call at NUMC the night of the accident.
Worst doctor ever! Zero bedside manner. I came to him with pain in my elbow. I had an open MRI to diagnose the problem. He looked at the MRI and had the nerve to tell me it showed nothing and therefore nothing’s wrong. The doc didn’t tell me open MRI is inferior—does not give accurate enough image. And to dismiss me even though I was in pain without so much as a word of advice is unforgivable. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!
I was suffering a long time with nerve pain in my elbow and hand so i was referred to Dr. Toledano, he is extremely kind and very caring and has great bedside manner. After discussing treatment options, i opted for surgery and Dr. Toledano's staff scheduled it right away. I am a few weeks out of surgery and feel great. I can not thank Dr. Toledano enough for taking care of me and relieving all of my pain, numbness and tingling sensations.
Fractured my tibia (complete) playing hockey. Met Dr. Toledano by chance as he was the covering surgeon at NUMC. I couldn't be happier with him. Overall a long haul with a three surgeries but I was back playing hockey nine months later! Great surgeon, great bedside manner. Many thanks!
Disappointed. First time visit with Dr. Toledano. After waiting one hour I was told I still had probably 45 to an hour to get in a room. Horrible first impression and disgraceful to keep patients waiting that long! I will not reschedule.
