Want to thank Charity Snyder and the staff at Oneonta for their professionalism, promptness and care. Because Charity was so thorough and spot on with her dermatology diagnosis of a spot on my temple that I never gave a second thought to, an early stage melanoma will soon be removed.

This is about the worst doctors office I have ever been too. I went there to get a blood test and they sent me back an std test in the mail. I went back again to try get the right bloodwork done and this time they failed to send me the paperwork and I had to make another trip out there to demand the paperwork in person. They were lucky I didn’t file a claim against them. The only reason I went to this establishment was because they were the only ones that had open appointments, now I know why though! No one else wants to go here.

I only saw the desk person and phlebotomist, but everyone was helpful and pleasant. Lorilynn went out of her way to get the order for my test straightened out when someone at Bassett hadn't made sure it was done. She is aces!
