Excellent dentist and staff, I travewl 90 miles to see them and always a pleasure. Dr. S is great. Totally painless.

The front desk is diligent in the insurance process, going above and beyond to get you the coverage you deserve, which is so important in this trying economy. That attention to detail and care extends through the dental hygienist who helps patients relax, even when in pain. The dentists are smart and help put you at ease knowing you will be given the best treatment available. I highly recommend!

This is a well organized, professionally run outfit. I have been a pt here, for last several years, and continue to be, despite, now I live in Rochester. The clerical and Professional staff, is pleasant, polite and competent. I have great confidence in Dr Steve, and I’m glad, he is my dental care provider.

I came in due to tooth pain and was handled promptly. I appreciate the high level of customer service they provide every time. I have high expectations in that regard any they always exceed. The dentist explained all the options and everyone asks if I have any additional questions. Great place.

With there being a waiting list just to be seen they fit me in and relieved my pain and staff was so professional also the dentist was good. I recommend them as a dentistry.

From the moment you’re stepping in the office you are welcomed with a smile from the wonderful staff. There is no waiting, maximum 5 minutes. Dr. Steven is the BEST DENTIST that we ever had! We do not hesitate to drive more than 50 miles just to be there when needed!

I am very happy with my experience here. Dr. Vega came out with a simple plan that did not overwhelm me with the cost and multitude of things that needed to be done. He focused on what was immediately needed and most necessary. He was calm, to the point and congenial. He cared about the pain that I was in.
Other dentists come out with a huge elaborate plan that costs a lot more! They give you the amount that you will be paying and then, when you pay your portion, they come out with another bill telling you that the insurance didn’t cover the work that they did when you were told that it would. That overwhelms me with some of the larger dental chains, which I will not name. In my opinion, those chains aggressiveness is too much.

I am not a big fan of dental work but going to Batavia Family Dental has been a very pleasant experience. They are very concerned with my comfort during and after any procedures. I am very pleased.
