This is an awesome place. As most of the other reviews state, all the staff are very friendly and really seem like they care. They did such a great job with my teenagers teeth that I have now begin treatment to correct my own (at the age of 40). Go see them

Dr Bateman is so personable, thoughtful, professional, and relatable. If you are looking for orthodontic care, I recommend this highly reputable, fantastic practice. They have awesome service, connect with the patients well, are up-to-date with the latest technology, and as a result of all the above, their communication is great.

So far I have only had a consultation but the staff was so nice and welcoming… I cant wait to start my New smile journey in January!

I have never felt more welcomed and secure at a medical office before. All my questions were answered and my son was instantly comfortable here in this office. We wanted an orthodontist that he would enjoy coming to and they proved to be just that. We are excited to begin his treatment!

From the moment we walked in we were very much so pleased. The office was super clean and from the gaming room children’s theater and adult massage chair were awesome. The staff was great and walked us through the office. My son left so happy! Definitely would recommend this office to anyone.

My 7 year old had her first visit for a consultation. Everyone was so kind! Tabby greeted us with a very friendly smile that put us both at ease! The office was clean and very inviting for kids. Dr. Fox was very informative and took the time to answer our questions. Very happy with our decision to go with Bateman Orthodontics!

The team at Bateman is always so friendly, helpful, and thorough. I so appreciate the calm of the office and that both my kiddo and I always leave feeling good! (AND that visits are always so efficient!) We were given a pumpkin when we left today - a full sized pumpkin to take home. And those little touches are connecting and kind. Everyone is helpful, pleasant and kind. I never leave with questions or unsure of my daughters treatment plans. It’s nice to know that I have support from the entire office as my daughter undergoes extensive orthodontic work that is gonna span years. The office is huge and very clean. Dr. Bateman is good with my young, nervous daughter and makes sure we both know what is going on at all times. We love this office!

We love this place. My son just started and they have been so welcoming and made him feel so comfortable. They are all great!

Dr. B & his crew have been amazing they worked on my daughters teeth and now mine and it has always been nothing but a pleasure. They have never not once made me experience a bad time with them always explaining every detail of what's happening even when I was just the parent sitting in the waiting room for my daughter. We were blessed to have found this ortho we drive over an hour away just to see them.

They are so nice and patient! We've been working with Dr. Bateman since before covid. My daughter was high anxiety about anything dental, and over the years he has developed the plan that works for her. The office is inviting and they use the most up to date technical equipment, Making you feel that comfort is important!

First off the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! They were thorough as they not only explained the process of braces but showed us every inch of their beautiful facility and what to expect when you arrive for your appointments. It is so bright, clean, and inviting with their game room, massage chairs, movies, and more. Far exceeded my expectations!

Wonderful consultation appointment for my son. We toured the entire office, it’s beautiful. The staff and Dr. Bateman we’re so incredibly friendly and kind. Although my son is not thrilled about needing braces, I feel at ease about him starting treatment with Dr. Bateman and his team!
