We LOVE it here! The staff are all amazing. They treat everyone with kindness, they take the time to listen, and they educate their patients. Dr. Bateman is personable and friendly. Their appointment reminders are wonderful as well. Highly recommended orthodontist office!

Dr. Bateman’s Orthodontist’s and his staff are the BEST! I live near the Syracuse, NY area and back in 2017, I was unable to find an orthodontist near me for my daughter. It was either a year long waitlist or they didn’t take my insurance and I searched all of the counties around me and nothing. I decided to search the Rochester area and found Dr. Bateman’s office. I set up an appointment and the rest is history. My son is currently going and I’ll be bringing my other daughter soon. It’s a three hour drive there and back, but it’s more than worth it. They are so helpful and extremely accommodating. I hope to move soon and I don’t care how far we move, I’ll always bring my children here as long as they need to. Thank you!
