Excellent place to shop for beautiful fragrance sprays oils with the air in your apartment needs or you or place a business excellent place to shop guarantee.

I love that bath and body works in walking distance. Always having a sale and helpful, friendly staff

They need to have coffee grinds there in order to smell the next sample perfumed product a customer sprays. The smells of all the different products are lingering in the store. Even the smell of the scented Candles and the electric room deodorizer oils.

The staff at the front of the store for this location are hounding ghetto corner hustlers that don't give you time to shop or think. They do not want to work with you or accommodate your needs. It would make more sense if they were a gambling den. I was too turned off to continue shopping. Great company with great products but this location needs better staff.

I'm a loyal customer.a lot of unique items with fabulous prices if need anything related to body care you must go to this place

The customer service here is awesome.until you get to the register. That same energy is gone but nonetheless the products here are amazing, plus there's almost always a sale.

Was a very nice, clean store. The employees were very helpful. Some of the customers were pretty rude but its Harlem. Lots of great deals. I scored 2 lotions and a body spray on sale for $4.95 each which was nice

I'm allergic to high sweet smells. My son gave me a gift card from there. Bless his heart. Thank God for the mask. Too expensive. $ 30 got me two items.

Very professional they announce to the customers all the sales and discounts and they tell you to check your email for additional special discounts!

I just stop by and there was a great sale, so I bought extra. I love this location because I don't have to travel so far downtown to go to my favorite store.

I made an online purchase, and picked it up in the store. Best in-store experience in some time! Everyone was really nice and helpful. The staff all seemed to be happy to work there, and to help. My experience was so positive that I made an extra purchase!

Did u know that B&BW will exchange ur item (s) with no hassles, u just need ur I. D, or the receipt, or an email, but the exchange will happen. Used, broken, or simply items u tried and did not like, I'm talkin' 'bout so-called 'bad gifts' as well. For instance, I loved the scent while I'm in the store, took it home n used it a couple times, and decided I didn't care for it afterwards. EXCHANGE! Bought a COUPLE of Wallflowers that either came broke (online order) or stopped working out of NO WHERE! Brought them bk to the store. EXCHANGE! B&BW HOLDS THEIR CUSTOMERS DOWN! Money is SECURE with this company n that's keeping it real! ️️️I LOVE YALL B&BW️️️

Staff and security always greet you upon entering. Staff also is very helpful when you can't find certain scents and whatnot. This store may look a bit cramped but it's kept very tidy and organized so that's aaaalways a plus and the reason I go back. However I don't enter when I see too many people in the store lol.
