10First time ever in the store. Have too say is my favorite new spot. Fully stocked with huge variety compared too malls. Staff friendly and enviting. Store was clean and nice. Look forward too future buys from there.
I love the store, I'm a huge fan of the fragrances they have available for men and the gift packages available. A bit pricey but well worth it.

My experience with customer service is always pleasant. Very welcoming and helpful! Their products are amazing from the body lotion, shower gel, sprays, plug-in decorations lip balm hand sanitizer and last but not least candles our phenomenal. The quality and different scents amazing, it last long. Depending on your choice of fragrance you won't be disappointed in none of their products. They also have the option to test before your purchase any of their body products!
I was so disappointed! I purchased an item that was in stocke used a $15 coupon before it expired. Yesterday on Thanksgiving they canceled my item.no reason! I contacted customer service and was on the phone going back and forth with a rep just to tell me sorry there's nothing we can do to replace your coupon! That's a outside vendor am never order online AGAIN!
I always get the foam soaps, wallflowers and antibacterial gel. I love that they have sprays now! The greeter was friendly. The cashier was very manilla but whatever.
Who doesn't love bath and body works. Love the sales and fragrances are so nice. I get so many compliments when I wear the lotion.
