Good variety on the menu. Fast service. Good portions, however, are a bit pricey for most.

I bought 6 candles. 4 I wanted to return because of 3/10 throw.
I was refused a refund of any kind because the candles must be "barely used". I bought them this week. I lit them for 1 night. Couldn't even smell Them. I was about to purchase 6 more candles of the Previous candle that I love. But NOPE.

Nasty customer service representatives, need to be re- trained on Customer Service. They are NOT ready to work with the public

I went to pick up my items I got there before closing time n they refused to give me my items telling me to come back the next day both young ladies there was very rude n unprofessional she so called a manager I would never buy anything from there again

Love Bath & Body Works products. Find the staff at this location to always have an attitude. Only go into this location if I don’t plan to interact with the staff other than checking out.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. Always great prices and always get the things I need

Store closes way before they’re suppose to. I arrived at 6: 25pm and the store is suppose to close at 7pm. I went to pick up an order, literally takes less than 5 minutes and the employees refused to open the door.

They are pushy one ask you if you need help shopping the other is right there in a few seconds ask you the same thing.they watch you WAY to much.and don’t let you use your reward coupons but it says you can in store and she ask for my number for reward coupons have to find a new location

I bought the Eucalyptus mint plug and spent $51 on Monday. It the only scent I buy for the last 15 yrs give or take a yr. This is the second time I buy from this location and I have to say something is wrong with the labeling. Because it's the second time that the bottles are labeled wrong. I don't know if it's intentional or a mistake. I am extremely familiar with the smell. The ones I bought don't smell like the Eucalyptus mint I am sued to buying. This batch have a flower funeral type of smell. Not something I would pick. How can this happen twice is baffling? I never have an issue with the Austin St location. I won't be purchasing from here again.

Each time I go, the workers be down your throat, trying to tell you what’s good for you, I went on Saturday March 26th as soon as I stepped one foot in the door here they hounding you down, can I at least get my other foot through the door, they’re super annoying, Every 5 minutes they’re asking you are u ok, it’s hard to shop like that Sheesh!

I went here to. Get something for Valentine's day for my gf. I ended up walking out with four great smelling candles, and some sprays and other stuff. The staff are super helpful kinda pushy.

I love going to Bath & body works, I went there today with 20% off I got this place for the house for essential oil for the wall and a free cream I was surprised
