This happened for the fourth time. Made an order for buy online pickup in the store. The order was placed at 7AM.at 6PM I receive an email your order has been cancelled.and this happened for the fourth time.are you going to work? Here is an example of a store on Lexington Ave in Manhattan, the order is ready for pickup within half an hour after placing an order online.lazy employees.
Sale sale sale! Favorite time of the year to get my candle supplies and reup on my body care items. I was satisfied
Not so fast: You are going to wait on the regular line for your store pickup order like everyone else for half an hour.
The store is open when the mall is open. So do not go before unless you wish to stand online and wait. Before we used to get 5 AM access into the mall for BBW sales.
I do not like the new item exchange process. You need to figure out how to configure your systems to process an even exchange instead or difference in pricing instead of a refund request.
The best one I have been to the vibe is off the charts. Young lady their has real personality makes the store alive
Awesome Customer Service. Great Sales. Bought a bunch of candles and hand soap during the Summer Semi-Annual Sale 2022. Beautiful layout. Store is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have new candle fragrances this year. Loving the Strawberry Daiquiri and Champagne Toast Orange candles. They smell amazing! I've been going to this BBW location for years. Never disappoints.
Lol, sometimes I think these stores with overly bubbly employees is such a Farce! They give off this super friendly character, but Not accomodating to do a simple exchange for a "trial size cream" that would'nt cost them absolutely ZIPPO, very disappointing! Their items are riddiculously over-priced, the sale prices should be the regular price.
I met this young lady she was so sweet we had a great conversation about skin care but I felt welcomed and they had a great sale I was pleased
