I went to bath and body works today in Arnot Mall. I was browsing and sprayed a room spray to see what the smell was. Upon doing that one of the workers with tattoos on her swooped in and very rudely said” excuse me I’m going to have to take that spray because it’s uses product. Now we will have to throw it away. ” I was so confused as I’ve never heard that before and also did not see any signage saying anything of the sort. Shame on you. This could’ve been communicated in a way better tone. Will not be returning.
