Dan & Jordan did an excellent job remodeling our 20+ year bathroom. We requested to replace everything but the window. We needed to have plumbing updated, which added time to the job. They kept us informed and cleaned up every day. Total project took 7 days for a complete transformation.

A wonderful experience. The installers (Zack and Brandon) did a bang up job! We love the new walk in shower. Very professional! The guys were real polite and were very thorough. We had a shower installed in our master bathroom.
Very happy with the new look and not slippery like the BathFitter tub we had removed was.
Spare bathroom was also completely remodeled, we are also happy with the new look.
Our installers were very nice and willing to go out of their way to make things right. It was great to have all this work done in a timely manner according to the schedule we were given.

My old bathroom tile was falling off. We called Bath Planet. They took care of the old tile etc. And put up the new Tub Surround. Its absolutely beautiful. Danny and Michael worked their butts off accomplishing this amazing feat. They stayed steady working and didn't slack off. Everything was professional and the Quality was outstanding and the process did not take long to do! I would recommend Bath Planet to everyone!

Jeff and Joe did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves daily, kept us updated, and were very professional. They were even nice to our dog! Overall, a wonderful experience and fantastic results!

I'm extremely happy with the workmanship and how quickly the job was completed. The contractors were prompt and very friendly and communicated all aspects of the project. They made sure the cleanup after completion was 100% to my satisfaction.

Dan and Jordan showed up Monday morning ready to work and with great attitudes and very friendly. As they started tearing apart our bathroom, they found a mistake by another contractor that caused major damage to our bathroom floor and the bedroom with the same shared walls. Dan even went under our house and checked for further water damage and took pictures for us and fixed what he could. I asked Dan if I got some mold and mildew primer if he would paint everything under the tub and the subfloor? Absolutely he replied and took the extra time to do it for me. Then on Wednesday, while I was at work, our septic started backing up. Dan and Jordan again jumped to the rescue and dug out our septic cap and unclogged our outflow tube so water that was backed up in the pipes flushed out. Their quick action saved a huge gross mess. Then came time to install our vanity, and Dan looked it over and seen a crack in it I didn't see before. So had to return the vanity and get a new one. Luckily the rest of the project went off with out any hitches or bumps. Our bathroom looks amazing and Dan and Jordan went above and beyond their job roles in helping us with the other issues. Dan and Jordan also were very knowledgeable and did great job communicating/describing any issues they found. Like moisture in between our sun windows from bad caulk or some water stains. They also fixed an electrical issue we had in our bathroom, with our lights not turning on at all or they flicker. Beyond that tho, i 1000000% recommend these guys, they did great work, the shower pan was installed properly and with all the necessary protection you are to have. The trim work is very nice and the flooring was installed without any gaps or bumps or raises. They did a great job painting as well. My wife and I are very very very pleased with everything and also appreciative for Dan and Jordan going above and beyond. Definitely hire these guys if you need a bathroom redone.

I highly recommend Bath Planet and am so pleased with the flawless installation of my walk in tub. Ryan and Joe, the installers, were prompt, courteous and above all, well skilled. They were extra careful removing the old designer tub before installing the new one, and went out of their way to carry it to the garage for me.
We live in a historic home, and these guys even matched the existing baseboard and moldings so the tub looks right at home.
Everyone I talked to at Bath Planet, from the salesman to the owner, were friendly and I never felt pressured to place an order. This was a very positive experience!

Wonderful, they smart, competent and skilled. They work around a lot of unforseen issues but like seasoned bathroom builders. They got down to the brass tacks on some issues. Definitely dance a bonus.

Quick demo and install took 2 days. Replaced just the shower. Good crew (thanks Joe and Jeff) and thanks for the professional job.

Ryan and Joe were our 2-man crew. They were very friendly and really cared about the quality of their work. The remodeled master bath is awesome. Bath Planet did the work on their items, as well as on the items we purchased elsewhere and had them install. Everything looks great and works perfectly!

We highly recommend using Bath Planet Southern Tier! Everyone was friendly and professional. The install performed by Zach and Brandon was quick and easy. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and we are very happy with the results. Our dog was even sad to see them go. The new shower is easy to use and so much nicer than our previous one. The kids bragged about it so much that their grandparents are now using this team for their Bathroom remodel as well.
