I can’t say enough good things about Bay Carpet! I had the most disgusting old carpeting in my home that was full of dust, stains and pet odors! Karl from Bay Carpet came to my home with samples and within a few days, his crew showed up right on time for our appointment, removed all the horrible carpets and installed the most beautiful 3/4 inch real Honey Oak flooring in my living room and dining room, high quality commercial carpeting on my stairs and gorgeous vinyl flooring in my foyer and kitchen in only 2 days! The difference was like night and day! EVERYONE who visited my home could not get over how different and beautiful my house looked! When we sold our home, those floors allowed us to add at least $30,000 to our asking price even though our cost had been so much lees than that and so affordable! Years later, Karl and his crew helped me by removing my elderly cousin’s AWFUL carpeting and replaced it with beautiful new linoleum. The transformations from these two jobs was nothing short of STUNNING and the crews who installed them were fast, courteous and professional! I highly recommend Bay Carpet for their quality flooring, professionalism, courtesy and affordability! 5 thumbs up!

We are so very happy with the installation of carpet on our Carver Santego. They came on site to the Marina and custom fit the carpet with snaps. Will and Theo went above and beyond doing an excellent job. Happily recommend them to do other Marine carpet needs. Our boat has a whole new look and we LOVE IT!

My experience was fantastic! I met with Phil first who was very pleasant to deal with and not pushy. He quickly came to give me a free estimate. I took awhile to decide but he gave me a deal on the LVP that I wanted. They were less than Empire and NFD. The team of 5 who came out were incredible. They were all great and worked extremely hard. Alex the head installer answered every question and was very knowledgeable and responsive. They worked solid the whole day and quickly removed old floor and installed the new. They completed everything in a day and a half. This was flooring for an entire apartment minus bathrooms. They also installed new base moldings and moved the furniture. Really 5 star service and I’m a picky customer. I highly recommend!
My only downside is the floor I chose but that’s on me. I’m finding the Coretek LVP hard to clean and I’m a neat freak.
If I ever need installation again I’m calling Bay Carpet.

Recently had Shaw Luxury Vinyl Planks installed. From the measuring process, selecting the product to installation, everything was done timely and seamless.
Bay prices are very competitive, and installation is second to none.

Karl and crew is 10/10 never have a problem with any work performed year after year of dealing with each other.
