5Definitely appreciate their dedication and their honesty about dry cleaning.
Never had an issue before but they held my jacket for months that really needed cleaning after months of wear during the winter and did nothing with it. Failed to communicate that they just couldn’t clean or fix it.
I have brought a wool sweater to dry cleaning and they returned it completely shrunken and very tough. Originally it was loose and oversized sweater. However, the other sweater I have brought were fine. Unsure what has happened to the other ones but most likely wont return to this places again.
Perfect full service laundry. They have given me many years of loyal, reliable and high quality services.
We have never had a issue for the last 3 years until last week. We brought in shirts to be pressed, and after we picked them up, there were burn marks on the sleeves. We brought them back and just explained and they literally said we had never brought them there. Unfortunately have to find a new cleaners. Not sure if they changed staff but it was so unfortunate.
