I went in to purchase the 2018 CHR I saw and met my salesman Jeudy (pronounced Jody) Mendoza. This was my first car and I was nervous but Jeudy made me feel comfortable and was supportive throughout the whole process! The car was originally priced at just over 22K but thanks to Jeudy, Mohammed (Finance Mgr.) and the other floor managers who were able to convince the Gen Manager to lower the price by thousands! I was able to purchase my car at a reasonable price (No Joke!) Jeudy was even nice enough to show me how to pump gas and paid for it too! I would definitely recommend Bayridge Toyota! THANKS JEUDY AND THE TOYOTA TEAM!

Had a great salesman by the name of Ronald Chu. Extremely patient, not pushy. So I bought a car from him in Oct 20-18. However, the financial guy Mustafa was not so nice. Unknown to me, he tacked on $2000 to the money I borrowed (I paid half in cash and borrowed the other half). After numerous calls to Bay Ridge Toyota, Mustafa twice told me he would make sure the $2000 was taken off but to date it has not. So my advice is: if you are going to buy with cash upfront, ask for Ronald and go for it. If you are going to finance it, stay well away from this place.

Great customer service! When I went into dealership Friday morning met Robin. Initially was just looking at first. Gave him the type of car I was looking for and what budget was. Showed me what was available and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want or need. Left that morning but had a few questions during the day and Robin was great about taking calls to answer them. Ending up returning that afternoon to purchase Rav 4.
